{Sunggyu Pov}
Myungsoo and I have been so close since our childhood years, well more like best friends. Ever since, his heartless family dematerialization, he sees me as a considerate Hyung to him; caring and helping for every little need he has ever asked for, even during his rough fights at high school, I was always there by his side defending him till the end.
I couldn't lose him. He means so much to me and he's the only one who was always there by my side whenever I needed a shoulder to lean on.

It was a bright sunny evening and I was sitting on the leather couch in my huge well-designed living room reading one of my favourite books. Looking over my shoulder, I see Myungsoo sitting on a bean bag to busy playing with his guitar playing very sweet notes. I smiled gratefully.
I'm so happy he didn't give up on his life that easily since his parents left him; at least he moved on and could clearly see there are other people who really do care for him.
'Myungsoo, you're so strong and enthusiastic. I'm so glad to have you by my side' I smiled at that thought.
Very swiftly, I returned back to reading my book. But not for long...
"Um...Gyu Hyung?" I heard Myungsoo say softy.
I ripped my eyes away from the book and looked at his gentle, kind face "Yes Myungsoo?"
He chuckled before he began "Hyung? Do you remember back in our childhood days, that time when I was seriously injured and was rushed to the hospital immediately?" he asked raising an eyebrow at me.
Slowly, memories came rushing back to my mind endlessly "Yes..." I paused smiling at him as he did the same "That was the most frightening yet the remarkable day of my life" I chuckled
*~*~*~* Flashback*~*~*~*
It was a normal day; Myungsoo was outside playing happily in the rain while I stayed inside. I hated it. I don't know why but I just couldn't stand to face the cold rain touching my skin, so I decided to stay inside, helping mother cook dinner.
Minutes later, there was a knock on the door, my mother gestured me to get the door. I did as I was told.
Right in front of me, there were a couple of street boys shocked and terrified but were glad to see my existence. This doesn't look good! What is going on?
"What's the matter with you guys? Did a cat get your tongue" I joked trying to change their mood, but their expression didn't change one bit.
"L-Listen Sunggyu-ah. You're friend Myungsoo..." he trailed off shaking his head in disbelief. M-Myungsoo? My eyes widened in shock. What is he talking about? What did Myungsoo do? Is he in a fight or something?
"What the hell is going on guys?" I asked but there was no answer "Damn it! Can you guys tell me what in the world happened to Myungsoo?" I yelled looking at every single one of them.
Finally the guy with the skateboard began "He was playing around but somehow hurt himself very gravely."
Myungsoo is...Hurt?
"What? H-how? And where is he now?" I asked curiously.
Finally, they told me the rest of the story; they've spotted him running down my street and tripped over a rock and unexpectedly knocked his forehead on to a concrete which looked very painful to watch. By the time street guys got there, they've noticed Myungsoo was unconscious, he wouldn't respond.
And that's when my mother called 911. The ambulance came in no time and poor Myungsoo was rushed to the hospital but to the emergency section. Few hours later after he woke up, the doctor analysed his physical and mental state and resulted out Myungsoo had a concussion. Sadly, he couldn't remember mom or me; and that worried me; thinking I might lose him, but this time for good. I was so scared and I couldn't leave his side. I can't give up. He has no family by his side and to me he's like a brother and a best friend.
My mother and I constantly visited him every day and I prayed hoping he would one day remember us.
Few weeks later, I still went to visit Myungsoo at the hospital. We spoke about several things especially about his past, his favourite food, movies and songs. He seemed very familiar with the things I've been telling him but he just couldn't quite get it, I could tell from his puzzled face...
Just as I was about to head out his hospital room, those few words he said caught my full attention.
"Hyung? S-sunggyu Hyung...right? I remember you Hyung! Everything is flowing back to me. Even how I ended up in hospital!" he said in surprise.
I looked back at him and there he was smiling at me blissfully at my existence "HYUNG!" he cried.
Am I hearing this right?
The smile plastered on me wouldn't erase. He's regaining his memory back?
"Are you serious? You're not joking right?" I asked him in amazement. He shook his head held his arms wide open for me "I remember you, your all I have!"
Those words he said just made my day better as I engulfed him into a deep huge.
"I'm glad your back Myungsoo-ah, you worried me sick" I whispered.
He cried and nodded his head holding me tight "Sorry. I missed you Hyung. I'm happy that you didn't leave my side. What would I have done without you? You're the best!" he murmured.
I never thought this day would ever come. In fact, this is the happiest day of my life...but I don't want to lose him again like this and the only way I could keep him safe is if told him this...
I held him tighter this time "Myungsoo-ah?" I began
"Yes?"
"I love you.." I breathed out
The moment I said that he slowly unchained himself away from me, pulled me back from the huge whilst holding my shoulders, giving me the purest smile you can imagine.
And that's when I knew I loved him like how Romeo loved Juliet.
More than a brother, more than a friend, also more than anybody else till the end.

What's wrong with Sunggyu hyung? He's been acting strange; ever since I asked him if he remembered our childhood days.
S-sunggyu hyung? I asked. Are you okay?
Uh.. yes everything fine he said while smiling.
Deep down I knew he was lying to me,but he insisted and put on a fake smile.
