I wake up at 6:37 AM.... "DANG IT!" I yell "I'M GOING TO MISS THE BUS!" I get on my clothes, bolt to the bathroom, speed brush my teeth, and I don't even do my hair. I sprint to my bus stop and just barely missed the bus. Thankfully, I know a shortcut to my best friend Ben's house. When I make it to his house, he asks me what I'm doing here. I tell him that I missed the bus. When the bus arrives, we get in and take our seats. Of course, the weird kid, Fred, has to be on the bus. The bus ride is super annoying, especially with Fred ranting in our ears about people he hates, especially Cindy, who I think is quite pretty.
We get off the bus and the day is very boring. 5th period comes around and all I do is think about Cindy and doodle. I don't pay attention to the algebra on the board, though. I get the courage to slip Cindy a note, asking if she would like to date me. I hand it to her and she hands it back several seconds later. SHE RESPONDED WITH YES! I'm super happy, but I can only enjoy that feeling for a little bit though, because out of nowhere, a flying brick from the wall hits me upside the head, and I'm out cold.
