The secret life of park jimin

Big news!

"What are you doing? Quick turn on the news, it's Prince jimin!" My best friend, jenny shouts as she charges towards me and tackles the remote out of my hand.

"Hey! I was watching..."
I went to protest, but before I could, I had ended up with jenny's finger on my mouth.
"Shush!!! It's starting."

I sat beside her and rolled my eyes. I didn't see what was so interesting about some prince we barely heard from.
Before another word was said, a loud voice came from the TV.

"Coming live from the kings Palace a special interview from Prince jimin himself and his plans on finding a wife... Could it be you?" The news reporter reported.

"Yeah, like I have a chance with him, his to precious." Jenny whines whilst looking over at me for reassurance.
" What do you think y/n do you think I have a chance?"

I look over at her and try not to laugh.
"Why would you wanna be with him anyway his just another boy just with more money and a fancy hat."
As I finished my sentence, I looked over at jenny, whose eyes were filled with rage.
"YA, you take that back!!!"
"Make me.."
Jenny goes to attack me but is stopped by the sudden voice of a man on the TV.

"JIMIN!!!!" Jenny yells loud enough to burst my ear drums.
She sat back down and put her full attention to the screen.

"Hello, people of chimmy Town. I am here to announce that the rumours are true. I will be looking for my bride starting this Monday. I will set on a journey through the town and begin my search." He puases and looks at his father.
"Every girl will be given a chance, so
There will be no bias. Until then, goodbye."

The camera turns back to the reporter,who was lost in jimins looks. I look at jenny, who was already staring into my soul.

"What?" I asked her.
She grinned at me.
"He said everyone gets a chance." She murmured.
"So?"
"Even you get a chance." Her grin grew bigger.

I looked at her in disgust.
"No way his not my type." I shouted, barging her arm.
"But you might be his..."
I faked gaged and she hit me in joking way.
"How could you not like him? What's not to love his an angel?" she yells in my face.
"Take it back!!!!!!"
She began to hit me (in a joking way) more.
"OK ok I'm sorry. Maybe his not that bad."
"See! Thankyou!"

She stopped hitting me and turned back to the TV,which was now talking about girls who had already sold out stores whilst buying buety products to look best for jimin.

"So much chaos over one man." I said to jenny.
But what u hadn't realised that she had already slipped out to the store.

She joined the big crowds on TV, but all cameras were turned to her after she  was seen fighting a woman for a bag of face wipes.

I couldn't stop laughing when an hour later, she returned home with a shredded bag full of makeup and the face wipes she had fought for.

"And what do you plan on doing with all that now?" I questioned her, trying not to laugh as she looked at me with her arms crossed."

"What does it look like. I have to look my best for when jimin visits!"
She puases..."I have enough here for you. you  know, maybe you'd have a good chance with a bit of makeup. "

I looked at her and scoffed.
"No thanks, I'm not interested in him, and I already look good. THANK you very much."

Jenny looked at me with exhaustion in her eyes.
"Fine by me. Whatever you say."
She then begun to laver on layers of makeup after makeup.

"So the wait begins, I guess." I sigh
And continue to watch TV with jenny.
