Blue's POV:
It was just another day of being treated like a child.. No matter how many times I try to explain to Ink and Dream that I'm an adult, not a kid. They cut me off like I never said anything.. sigh Just wish I was treated normally.
We just finished up a battle so I went to Horror like usual. I also ended up with blood running down my mouth from the injury I got while fighting Dust. No matter how many times I wiped it away it kept flowing so I gave up.
"He hit you hard, huh?" Horror asked me snapping me out of my thoughts
"Yeah.. it really hurts. Not to mention that Killer stabbed me in the eye.." I said trying to open it but it hurt really bad.
I took off my bandana and tied it around my head and over my eye like an eye patch.
"I'm sorry that you get treated badly already and you have to fight us causing more pain" Horror said. His voice clearly showed he was hurt by that thought
I closed my eyes and looked down. I took a deep breath looking Horror in the eyes with worry.
"It's alright, there's nothing I can do about it....." I told him sadly
"Say.. if you ever want to join us. I can ask Boss, if he agrees you can quit the Stars. Boss treats us all with love and care, if we're hurt he treats us with pain meds and bandages or stitches (that makes no sense because they're made of bone- but go with it) depending on what happened." Horror sighed "You'll be treated well by everyone as long as you follow orders and don't talk back to the Boss, which I know you'd never do." Horror told me
"I'll think about it.." I told him
"We best be going though, they'll get suspicious"
Horror nodded then waved while teleporting away. I teleported back to the house and to my room.
I didn't even want to see Ink or Dream today. I have so many issues that they don't understand. I'm tired due to lack of sleep and food to keep my stamina up, and I zone out during battles causing bad injuries. The bad guys clearly seem to start noticing a pattern.
2 days later...
Once again, another fight. I zoned out while fighting Dust and he stopped attacking right away. I felt a sting on my face and snapped out of my trance realizing he slapped me.
"Meet me after battle..." Dust said
I nodded and we went back to fighting.
After it was over, I met Dust after the battle like he said, and of course, Horror too. Dust was suspicious of that but didn't care to ask.
"Why do you keep zoning out during fights? It's causing you pain, and I can see it in your eyes that you're upset, because you don't have your typical determination look..."
My breath hitched
"I'm fine! Seriously..!" I said, but it was obvious I wasn't.
"Dust, me and Blue have been meeting up for a while. He's dealing with stress, lack of food, and sleep so he doesn't have the stamina and strength to keep up. Do you think the Boss'll let him join if I told him things?" Horror told/asked Dust
"Hm, judging by just that little information.. yes. Yes he would. Blue, if you want to join, tell me during one of our fights." Dust said standing up
"We should get going though, see you next week" Dust said teleporting away
"Goodbye" I said to Horror then we both teleported
No one's POV:
Blue has been thinking about the offer for 2 weeks. He finally decided to accept, Cross was also never in battles so Blue and Cross didn't even know about each other. So during a fight Blue put his hand out getting Dust to stop
