Chapter 12. 'i love you?'

Suki was lying on the floor, bleeding out unconscious.but suddenly,her wound started to heal while she was still passed out. She was unconscious for a good 30 minutes.

Soon,she woke up. And she was in an unfamiliar room... she looked around, slightly confused. She forgot about her wound, and when she tried sitting up, a sharp pain went from her stomach up to her chest. She winced and sat back down. She noticed her wound was wrapped up, and a yellow orange faded haori with triangle patterns on it was laying on top of her like a blanket. Who did this? Who brought her here and helped her?

Her wound wasn't fully healed despite the fact that she's a demon. She's only half demon, so she can't heal big wounds quickly,especially a wound like this. After a while, tanjiro,inouske, and zenitsu came inside the room. They noticed she was awake, and zenitsu ran over to her. "Are you alright? Is your wound still hurting!?" Zenitsu asked,concerned while blushing a lot. "Uhm..a little.." she mumbled. Zenitsu hugged her tightly. She blushed slightly from his sudden action. "I was so worried for you! You were just laying there, bleeding!" Zenitsu pouted while hugging her tightly. After a moment, she hugged him back gently. "Don't hug her too tightly,zenitsu." Tanjiro said kindly,smiling and chuckling softly. Zenitsu continued to hug suki,not wanting to let go of her. Suki felt comfort in his hug,it made her feel warm and happy. She buried her face into his neck while hugging him back. "Thank you..Zenitsu." she muttered. Zenitsu blushed furiously as she did this,his face turning a bright red color. "O-oh?-..uh-..uhm- y-yeah! Of course!" He stuttered slightly while still blushing. He felt like he was about to melt in her touch. Tanjiro began to speak. "Suki,can you stand?" She pulled away from zenitsu's hug and glanced at tanjiro. "Uh.. I can try..?" She tried to stand up,stumbling as a sharp pain shot from her stomach to her chest again. Zenitsu quickly grabbed her by her waist, making sure she wouldn't fall,but then he realized he was holding her waist and blushed a lot,getting nervous and quickly letting go. When he let go, she almost fell,he grabbed her by her waist again so she wouldn't fall, blushing a lot as he did so. "I-..uhm...a-are you alright?.." Zenitsu mumbled nervously. "I'm okay.." she replied and sat back down on the bed. "You should rest for a bit,your wound is still healing." Tanjiro said,smiling warmly at her. "I'll be fine.." she stood up again,limping slightly. "Suki,you really shouldn't be moving around right now. You will re open the wound." Tanjiro said with a worried and caring tone. "I'll be fine,don't worry about me." She replied. "Are you sure?.." zenitsu asked. "Yes,im sure." She said in her usual blank tone. "Ok..well, if you say so.." zenitsu replied again.

Suki's wound was now completely healed. Kami was now able to go back to his missions.

Suki was practicing training with Daiki. Daiki and suki became pretty good friends throughout the time she's been at the hashira grounds. Despite his unsocial,stoic,and quiet personality,daiki loved spending time with her. They continued to train. Mitsuri was watching them until she spoke up, "Aww! You two would be such a cute couple!~ Mitsuri said while smiling and blushing. Daiki's eyes widened slightly as he blushed furiously at what she said. He turned his head away from them,covering it with his hand while still blushing. "Stop messing around,Mitsuri..." He mumbled. "Aww! You're blushing! You definitely love her!" Mitsuri continued to tease. Daiki moved his head at her,blushing a lot with his eyes widened slightly as he furrowed his brows a bit. "What?! What are you talking about?. N-no I dont.." he stuttered a bit at the last sentence. "Hehe~ whatever you say,daiki!" She walked away. Suki just stood there confused. Daiki turned to her, still blushing. "Just ignore her.." he muttered quietly.
