It had been years since the gods had their adventure into the world beyond theirs and met Issac, who was now married to Pear. It felt unreal to them all now that they were off doing their own things now, all grown up.

It had only been a few days since Pear had gotten married but it seemed like everyone was so busy lately. Sasha was always out in town helping out the townsfolk and volunteering at the library, Pear was obviously living in her giant castle as royalty, Jade and Jana were out training as the head guard, and Lyn had even picked up a writing hobby so they'd often go to town with Sasha to publish them. Quite a busy life they all lived now.

However, Rose sat alone at the house still of life. aThey were sitting in their bed staring at the ceiling. They almost missed the old days where they all lived together and the house was booming with laughter. Now it stood still and empty. Rose sighed and got herself up from their bed and went downstairs to make themselves breakfast. It was weird without Lyn making the food to say the least. Although Rose wasn't the best cook they at least could make basic meals like some eggs he quickly whipped up for himself.

"I hate that everyone is so busy lately ugh..." Rose groaned and finished making their eggs. They sat down at the table and began eating when she heard a knock on the door. A bit startled they carefully walked up to the door and peeked outside before they realized

"Oh Jana!" Rose opened the door and gestured for her to come inside.

"Hey Rose, how's it going? I had some spare time so I decided to drop by, but it seems there isn't much going on haha!" Jana looked around realizing there wasn't anyone else home.

Rose nodded, "Yep it's kind of boring being here all by myself! Not like I've got much to do now that we're all out of adventures. It always seems like everyone's so busy these days..." Jana noticed Rose was a bit down and smiled.

"Well why don't we have our own adventure then!" She grabbed Rose's hand and pulled them outside to her horse, Hercules.

"You know it'd be nice if you told me what we're doing!"

"Oh hush. Just trust me." Rose rolls their eyes and hops on the horse with Jana as she begins riding off into the forest.

"Okay can you tell me where we're going now??" Rose groans and Jana just laughs.

"Listen, I promise we're almost there, just hold tight for a bit longer!"

"Ugh fine!!" Rose sighs and just continues to wait.

Not much longer after that, the two arrive near the edge of the forest at a clearing. Jana and Rose both get off to gaze around at the place. Rose's eyes then lit as he looked around at the area.

"Oh my god

"Oh my god...this place is gorgeous!" Rose smiled and Jana just laughed.

"I come to this place to just get away from everything and let me relax. No one else that I know, knows of this place so keep it hush hush!"

Rose just nods and continues to adventure around the little pond.

"Man I get why this place is so relaxing for you because just wow!"

"I knew you'd like it." Jana walks over to Rose and grabs their hand.

"You know...after everything that happened I'm glad I'm still here with you all. I remember our little adventure with Issac like it was just yesterday..." Jana warmly smiles at Rose who's cheeks were slightly pink.

"Yeah me too Jana! I don't know what I'd do without you guys!"

The two just stare at each other for a brief moment before Jana pulls away and gestures for Rose to come over.

"We should probably get going now. I don't want to stay out too late now." Rose just nods and they both get back on Hercules and start heading home. Jana couldn't tell but Rose's heart was racing.

They both soon arrive back the house before realizing that there was someone inside. Jana gets of Hercules, Rose following shortly behind and the two walk into the house together.

Lyn looks over at the door, eyeing the two up.

"Now where were you two for so long?" Her hands were on her hip like an angry mother.

Rose stammers a bit, "Whattt- We weren't our for that long come on! Don't be so cruel Lynnn!"

Jana shakes her head and laughs, "We just went out for some special training. Rose wasn't busy and I had some extra time today."

Lyn looks at Jana at bit suspicious but just lets it go and nods.

"Alright well I hope you all had fun now I'm going to fix up some food so get washed up quickly!"

The two nod and head upstairs as Lyn began using her telekinesis powers to begin cooking. Pots and pans began flying around with ingredients.

Rose looked at Jana as they made their way upstairs.

"Man why was Lyn so on our case about being out! It's not like i'm a child anymore." He crosses his arms and signs.

"Lyn is just protective, she means well. I wouldn't worry too much about it."

Rose looks at Jana and nods, "Yeah you're probably right. Lyn has always been protective. Good to know they at least care."

They both began washing up for dinner and head back downstairs. Lyn had finished preparing the meal and it smelled heavenly, as usual with Lyn's dishes.

"Wow this smells so good Lyn! I don't know how you manage to always make such good food." Rose began eating and Lyn smirked.

"I'm just that good."

"Yes thank you so much Lyn for the food!" Jana began eating as well and they all enjoyed the meal together. It was nice to share a meal together again, like old times :)
