"Jack, come eat brekky before it gets cold"! Jack's mom yells from down the hallway in the Kitchen.
"I'm coming"! Jack replies as he slips on his shirt and walks down the hallway to the kitchen. Jack comes to the table with an omelette already on his plate and sits down. Then suddenly he gets a text from Rusty. Jack takes out his phone to check it.
"Hey jack, do you want to go hang out". Jack reads as he smiles.
"Hey mom". Jack says as he looks up
"Yes jack"?
"Can I go hang out with rusty"?
Jacks mom thinks for a bit. "I don't know"?
"Pleeease". Jack says with a convincingly sad face.
"Fine". Jack's mom says reluctantly.
"Yes"! Jack says as he starts to pull his phone out to text Rusty. "My mom said I can". Jack sits their finishing his food. "Just finished eating brekky". Jack starts to put on his shoes while waiting for a response from Rusty. And after a while his phone ding.
"Ok. Met at the normal spot". Jack and Rusty always liked to hang out at the nearby woods.
(I don't actually know if their are woods in the part of Australia this takes place but for the story their are)
"Sure". Jack reply's as he puts on his shoes and starts to walk out the door.
"Be careful". Jack mom says putting up dishes.
"I will". Jack says while slipping out and closing he door. And after a while of walking Jack finally gets to the woods where he can see Rusty standing over their.
Soon Rusty sees Jack walking up and walks towards him to give him a hug. Their tails wag as they walk toward each other . "Hey mate". Rusty says as as he softly wraps his arms around Jack.
"Hey Rusty". Jack says with a huge smile.
They always had a very special relationship. And we're always their for each other. They would barely ever fight. But even when they would it wouldn't be for long.
After a while unwrap their arm from each other and walk towards a tree. They sit down at the base of the tree.
Rusty takes out his headphones and hands one to Jack. Jack reach's his hand and takes one of the earbuds. Rusty then gets on his phone and starts playing boys will be bugs. They always liked to listen to music together.
And after a while Rusty ends up falling asleep next to Jack.
Jack starts to fall asleep to until Rusty's head falls on Jack lap.
Jack start to smile and blush. He places his hand on Rusty's chest and the. Jack closes his eyes as he dozes off with a tiny smile on his face.
