One of these quirk marriages produced a lot of children but only one child was not seen as a failure to their father. That child's quirk being a mix of his parents: fire and ice. while the other produced one single child who had a talented mastery of her ice quirk. This would find them both going to U.A to become heroes as a result.
Quirk explanation — Basically The user has cytokines but if the user has a good enough mastery they can create weapons with exceptional sharpness and innominate objects with barely any concentration as long as they know what it looks like or have a great imagination the users fine
Quirk drawbacks — If used too recklessly the users body parts will become numb than after two minutes excruciating pain (can be fixed if the user trains to be in certain situation and there pain tolerance)
If used for too long the user will gain frostbite Even if the user has great frost resistance (of course this can fixed if the user trains there quirk to elongate the time of usage)
