We decided it would be best if we sneaked into the lab where Jay works and looked around for stuff that could help us.
"Are you ready yet?" Aaron comes in tucking his phone in his pocket
"Yeah, just this thing I don't know how to put it on" I hold up the vest that I'm struggling to put on.
He steps closer to me and helps me put it on, he slightly touches my neck but then steps away, I thought he was gonna kiss me, but heat rushes to my face.
"We should get going or else we'll be late." He grabs my hand and rushes me out the door
I wasn't expecting anything dangerous to happen so I was relaxed at the moment, but looking at Aaron he looked disturbed, I looked out the window and soon we arrived.
"We gonna take a walk from here so that no one notices us, we'll make sure no one is here and you guys do the research on your own," Ryan says, we part ways from there.
"Aaron, I don't have a good feeling about this," I tell him as we walk through the woods to get to the lab "We are almost there so don't worry"
After a few more walks, we made it to a two stories building Aaron talked to others to make sure no one was there "We gonna climb up"
" and how will we do that ?" As I said that a rope slid down "You go first" I sighed, as I climbed up, Aaron climbed after me
"We gonna check the other rooms you guys can start from here" Aaron rolls his eyes and says "We know what to do now go" Ryan glares at him and leaves.
" I think we are in the right room," Aaron says as he opens some documents "Isn't this Ava?"
"Yes, that's her" I looked into more documents and found Leo, Leon, Ace, Aaron, and Xavier.
But then I saw my picture fall out from one of the pages.
Me and Aaron lock eyes together as we hear lots of footsteps, the only thing that is close to us is a closet with lab coats inside, without second thoughts, we both get inside and close the door.
The door slammed open, I flinched at the sound. I couldn't breathe properly, I don't like places with so much less space.
Aaron noticed and pulled me closer "I need you to relax, we will soon be done here" I held onto him tightly, my breathing got better and we heard one of them say "Do you think they gonna find anything?" The guy laughs
"Well, nothing important they gonna find." That was Jay'a's voice, "Aaron doesn't even know his sister is alive."
I feel Aaron tense up behind me hearing those words "Well that injection did something" Injection? "I still don't understand how does it work?" The other guy asks "The injunction only washes away those memories and if Aaron or Ace are lucky enough they will remember everything." Jay laughs
Aaron drops his head on my shoulder as if he is having a headache, just then someone else steps in the room and confirms that no one is in the lab.
They all agree to leave, we stay in here until they all leave "Aaron-" he cuts me off by his hand on my mouth "Shh they still haven't got out yet" he whispered in my ear, he turns me around so I was facing him
"But they just-" This time he crashed his lips on mine, I kissed him back because I didn't know what to do I pulled him closer, deeply lost "Rose" he groans "Sorry I didn't mean to do-" I cut him off by kissing him again.
Idiot, he doesn't even know how crazy I'm for him, if he cheats on me with another girl, I'll cut up that bitch, cook it and then let him eat without him knowing.
I chuckle and Aaron gives me a confused look. Oh fuck.
