Always Yours

chapter 1

It's always nice to start fresh when dramatic events happen in your life. I stare out at Gotham city watching the horrors happen. I want to take action but I can't be noticed, not yet. Plus according to the news there are already superheroes in the town.

But it wouldn't hurt to have another. But I can't take action just yet. It takes time so for now it's time to put the suit away.

I stare at my small apartment wondering where to start first. Might as well start in the kitchen.

I began cleaning my new apartment ready to start my new life without people I love getting hurt. I miss my family and friends but it was best for me to leave them, I can't continue to watch them get hurt because of me.

I finish the last and hopefully the final touches to the apartment. It looks pretty decent but the only problem is I don't exactly have a place to hide my suit. So I just made a hiding spot in my closet for now. I'm getting a little bored so I might as well do some research on these heroes in this city.

The first one that popped up was this guy called Batman. Found some images of this Batman in the news stories. Seems pretty tough but he looks like he had a rough past. Wouldn't want to get on the bad side of that guy.

Next there was a guy named Nightwing. Wow, he is really handsome. According to this article he was the very first Robin. Wait very first? There are more? The Article also stated that Robin is Batman's sidekick. That seems a little weird. But this Nightwing guy is just so handsome I would want to get a piece of that. Hmm. Maybe I should go see for myself.

I know I said I wanted to wait for a while, but my curiosity got the best of me.

I put on my suit, and make sure my web shooters are ready to go. My suit is sort of like a cat suit. It hugged me nice and tight. The colors are black and red. My superhero name is Scarlet Widow. My superpower is like a black widow but better you can say. I put on my domino mask and make my way towards the window.

I try to blend into the darkness of Gotham City. I try to not make myself noticeable so instead of using my webs to travel I decide to just jump from roof to roof. There were crimes happening in the city as I made my way through the city. I wanted to step in but I don't want to make myself noticeable not just yet.

All of a sudden I felt as if something bad was going to happen. There was a loud bang behind me as I made my way to the next building. Shit I thought to myself, I should go see what's wrong but fuck I can't. I stop in my tracks. I'm just going to go check it out, that's it. I made my way to the scene. And from what I can see the guy who started the loud bang was who they call Penguin. All the innocent civilians are trapped from his antics. It seems like he is stealing some type of drug. I can't watch from the slide lines anymore fuck that. I make my way to the scene and begin examining the area. I need to get the civilians out of the way first. I use my webs to get closer to the civilians.

"All civilians follow me this way if you want to live." I demanded them. They look confused but follow because they are scared shitless.

After I lead them to safety I find my way to the penguin.

"Never seen you before, who might you be?" Penguin said with a devilish smile.

"That doesn't matter right now, So what do you got here?" I use my web to grab the random drug he has in his hand.

"Hey what the fuck Lady! Now you've got me pissed. Get her you goons!" Penguin said with an angry face expression.

They come charging at me with their weapons. I use my webs to distract them while I throw poison bombs at them. It will knock them out for a day and they'll be perfectly fine.

As they fall to the ground I make my way towards the penguin.

"So are you gonna tell me what this is or Am I going to have to beat the shit out of you? I glared with a smile. Then I get the feeling that someone has arrived at the scene. Shit it's probably them.
