minji had always admired y/n. however, y/n and hanni were friends with benefits. minji was heartbroken by this, but still faked her smile in front of y/n.
as hanni and y/n's relationship progressed, hanni slowly fell in love with y/n. y/n could feel it, and hence, broke things up with her.
she told hanni about how she was jot someone to be able to commit in a relationship anf hanni understood.

"finally! the maknaes are out, so we can have time to ourselves!" hanni exclaimed. she then went through the refrigerator, taking out some alcohol.
"I'm inviting y/n over," minji said, excited to see y/n. now that hanni and y/n weren't friends with benefits anymore, she stood a chance.
"uhm... yeah, sure."
y/n arrived shortly after and the three of them started drinking. hanni and y/n were having a great time, laughing and talking about their past experiences. minji, on the other hand, was feeling left out.
as the night went on, hanni and y/n kept drinking and getting more and more drunk. hanni's gaze kept shifting towards y/n, and y/n couldn't help but notice. before she knew it, hanni leaned in and planted a soft kiss on y/n's lips.
y/n was surprised at first, but she soon found herself getting lost in the moment. the kiss was gentle at first, but it quickly became more passionate and intense. y/n could feel her heart racing, and she couldn't help but reciprocate hanni's affections.
meanwhile, minji had quietly slipped away from the scene and retreated to her room. she couldn't bear to watch the two of them together, knowing that she could never have y/n for herself.
as she lay in bed, minji felt a twinge of jealousy and sadness. but then she heard the door creak open, and she saw y/n stumble into the room. y/n was clearly drunk, and she collapsed onto minji's bed, fast asleep.
minji couldn't help but smile at the sight of y/n. she felt a surge of love and affection for her, and she leaned over to stroke y/n's cheek. "i love you," she whispered softly, even though she knew y/n couldn't hear her.
the next morning, y/n woke up in minji's bed, feeling a bit disoriented. she couldn't remember how she ended up there, but she was glad to see minji sleeping beside her.

"morning. how did I end up here?" y/n asked, confused.
"I was about to sleep when you came in here," minji replied softly.

minji looked down, feeling a pang of sadness in her heart. she had always hoped that y/n would return her feelings, but it seemed like she was still hung up on hanni.
but then y/n continued, "but when hanni wanted to sleep with me, I didn't want that. I went to find you instead."
minji's heart skipped a beat at y/n's words. she couldn't believe what she was hearing. was y/n really choosing her over hanni?
as y/n continued to talk, minji felt a surge of hope and excitement. maybe there was still a chance for them after all.
