Prologue

(Author here: this story will take place in the third season but you won't be able to tell other than the relationship between Roy and Jamie and how Jamie acts - ok thats all, enjoy!) (Sorry this is so long btw! I just let my mind ramble, sorry!)

*You're/(Y'N)'s POV*

Today is the day. Today I finally become a coach for Richmond. Richmond is a famous futbol (American soccer) team that my big brother, Roy Kent, used to be a player on. However, now he's a coach due to him not being able to play. I have been wanting to become a coach for them for a while now, I've started slow and at the bottom of the workers at Richmond and I worked my way up to my brother's level. Although I am scared that Roy will find out about me and Jamie. Here's the thing, my brother is very protective over me, he doesn't want me to get hurt. He especially doesn't want me dating anyone on the team, but I'm already doing that with out him knowing. You're probably wondering "how did you and Jamie get together without Roy noticing?" Well, I'll tell you. You see it all starts when Jamie got back on the team after... taking a break you could say... anyway, here's how we got together:

*i am in the locker room waiting for my big brother to finish getting his stuff from his locker when I see a cocky looking guy walk in*

???: "Yo, old man, you're blocking my way to my fucking locker"

The mystery man says in an accent I've never heard before...'he's quiet attractive' I think to myself 'dude snap out of it! He just called your brother an old man and cuss at him!' I think to myself but I can't help but admire the good looking lad.

Roy: "Can't you wait for one fucking second, you shit?"

My brother and the mystery man squabble and I roll my eyes. Soon the mystery man looks over in my direction and we make eye contact. Now usually I don't say this cause it cringe but...I felt a spark between us...
'That's crazy Y/N! We don't even know the man's name!!' I think to myself

???: "well, well, well, who do we have here? What's a pretty lady like yourself doing here?"

The man says with a flirty tone, and I roll my eyes but secretly I'm dying on the inside

Roy: "she's waiting for her brother to finish up here, which he just did"

Roy says as he stand in front of me, being overprotective...again. I cross my arms across the front of my body and roll my eyes, Roy still thinks of me like I'm still 12, when really I can take care of myself just fine. I step to the side a little so I can see Jamie and he can see me.

???: "There is no way a pretty lady like you can be related to an old ugly man like Roy"

The man say insulting my brother, I should be offended and usually I would fight back but this time I chuckle quietly, however my brother and the mystery man heard it. I look back into the eyes in the mystery man and smile, which he returns, but of course my brother had to yell at him

Roy: "Shut it, you cunt! Come on, we're going!"

My brother says and grabs my wrist, not to hard that it hurts but hard enough that he pulls me with him. And I yank my wrist away and walk beside Roy, but before I exit I turn and wave to the mystery man, who was still looking at me, and I wave, and he waved back. By this time my brother is already out of the room so I took it upon myself to speak

Me: "My names (Y/N) by the way. Thought you should have the name of the girl you tried to flirty with" I say cocky and with a smirk on my face
