Oliver's POV
"Oliver, Oliver" I heard a voice crying my name. It was Aria and she was laid partly under me. My eyes adjusted and all I seen was destruction! Everything was destroyed or on fire. "Aria are you okay. Are you hurting anywhere?" I asked concerned about her safety. "I'm okay" she said as if nothing had just happened. "Where's mummy Oliver?" She asked confused. "Stay here and don't move, I'm going to find her" I shot up and shouted her name. "Felicity.... Felicity" but I heard no reply. I seen some blond hair sticking out from under a table as I surveyed the room and ran towards it. I flipped the table over only to see felicity's lifeless body lying under it. I crouched by her side and rolled her over to see her face coved in blood. My heart broke. I scoped her up in my arms and ran back to Aria. "What happened to mommy" she cried out. "We are going to get mommy some help, okay. But we need to be quick so stay by my side okay" I said to her. We ran out the restaurant and people stood outside shocked by what had just happened. I heard sirens in the distance but kept heading for verdant, always checking Aria was by my side. I told her it was a secret mission to beat the villains and be heros. Luckily verdant was only a few blocks away and we were there in 10.
When we got down to the basement I placed felicity on the medical table. "What the hell happened Oliver" diggle asked as he looked at the state felicity was in. "Someone bombed the restaurant i.... I ... I couldn't save them both dig" I gestured towards Aria who was looking at the arrow outfit in the case. "I got her, you go and entertain Aria" I tried to protest, I didn't want to leave felicity's side. But I knew dig had it covered.
I explained to aria that I was arrow, but she couldn't tell anyone as it was a very big secret and heros have to keep their identity a secret to save the city. "Promise" she said and held her pinky finger out. We both pinky swore on it and then I taught her how to fight, by letting her hit my hands. When she got tired I put her to bed on the cot in the corner that felicity had got me a while back when she found out I was spending most my nights here. I sent diggle home to be with Lyla and I stayed by felicity's side the rest of the night, waiting for her to awaken.
