It was super early in the morning I was at the dagoba municipal beach park with izuku and all might training by picking up trash I was just speeding all of the trash I can pick up and then I stopped to see what izuku was doing he was pulling a fridge with all might on top of it

"Hey hey hey it's pretty comfy up on this fridge how are you doing down there" all might said

Izuku then fell because of trying to pull the fridge

"People move these every day y'know and most of them don't even have any super strength" all might said "well yeah but there's an extra 600 pounds with you sitting on top of it" izuku said "nah, I've lost weight so I'm down to 560 these days in this form at least" all might said "great much better why do you have me dragging trash across the beach anyway" izuku said

All might then laughs

I was scooting over to the other side while whilst because I may have dump trash here but that's beside the point I then tuned back in the conversation with all might breaking the fridge and trash going up in the sky

Izuku said "I'm not going to lie izuku this is going to be super intense but don't worry I'll help you time to time but I'm pretty sure he wants you to do it by yourself" I said "ah i just realized ua exams are in ten months I have to prepare my body for your quirk really fast" izuku said "not to worry kid I've got you covered with the help of my handy "aim to pass: American dream plan" all might said "follow this to the letter and the beach will be cleaned up just in time I also detailed every other aspect of your life"

Me and izuku looked at daily schedule with our eyes wide open

"This going to be rough for you buddy" I said "I also made a schedule for you young thawne" all might said "come again" I said

He then handed me a schedule for me to follow

"I've worked with the flash so I know what a speedster needs to do to make them stronger and ditch the glasses I know you can see" all might said "fuck me fine I'll do this schedule and you figure it out well done but I'm still keeping them just incase I have to go undercover" I said "that's the spirit now to do the first thing on the list" all might said
