“Eunju, Jiwon! You two better tell me to stop have a thought of choking him now!” Hyejin frustratedly stirred the coffee meanwhile doing a video call with her friends.

She arrived early today because of what happened yesterday. She don't want to get another silly punishment from her childish boss. And seems like he stayed up late yesterday.

Because Hyejin saw his car in the basement. An evidence that he didn't go home last night.

“Pft, what a bad liar! Both of us know you love him so much Hyejin.”

“Instead of choke him maybe you can kiss him?” Eunju added.

They continuously teasing her, especially Jiwon as if she never slapped Jaeyun on his face and told him to stay away from Hyejin.

Not minding her friends, Hyejin opened the pantry cabinet and took three pack of lemon biscuits. Took a sip from her coffee Hyejin picked up her phone.

“Two of you are not helping! I'm here to tell you about what I felt working here but you two just take it as a joke?”

“How is your feel working here? May you elaborate it, Ms Park?” someone interrupted from the behind.

Hyejin immediately turned around to see Jaeyun leaned on the wall with one of his hand in the pocket. He wore the shirt from yesterday sleeves was rolled up shown his veiny arms, a little messy hair with a sleepy face on and his cologne.

His cologne.

His cologne, oh my.

“Jaeyun.”

“You are early today, didn't expect to see you this early.” he said as he took a seat next to Hyejin and greeted her friends, “hi, girls!”

Eunju and Jiwon giggled when they saw Jaeyun. Looking at her friends reactions made Hyejin rolled her eyes. Her fingers went to her phone screen, wanted to end this call but Jaeyun stopped her.

Interwines their hands and put it under the table. Hyejin started to panic because anyone could enter the pantry any soon and she don't want to make any rumors.

“Ah, holding hands under the table! Super classic!” Jiwon said.

“What the hell are you doing, Jaeyun? Let go off my hand! What if someone enter the pantry and saw us like this, huh?” she asked but Jaeyun didn't listen and continued caressed her hand using his warm thumb.

“Do not listen to her. She likes it, Sim.”

“I know, that's why love doing this to her but seems like my Ms Park Hyejin is very grumpy this morning so I think I should stop teasing her. Maybe next time I will consider your recommendation to her about kiss me instead of choke me.” he winked at the end of his words and that's make Eunju and Jiwon squealing.

Hyejin groaned, “let's stop here, I will call you guys next time!”

She ended the call and look at Jaeyun who still looking at her with his tilted head—like a cute golden retriever. He still caressed her using his thumb and somehow it's calm her nerves down.

I hate this.

I hate him.

But I can't.

“You like me holding your hand like this?” he asked and Hyejin immediately pushed his hand away.

“Don't disturb me, Mr Jake. Now, may you excuse me?” she picked up her stuffs and left the pantry.

Jaeyun laughed sheepishly, he sniffed his hand and a vanilla scent mixed with her natural scent swirling around his nose. Hyejin's scent, his favourite.

It didn't stop there. Jaeyun continued teasing her especially when she needs to send the file or wants his sign for some papers. Hyejin feels like she going to choke him if he opens his mouth again.

“Good job, Hyejin.” he praised her with a coy smile.

“Thank you, Mr Jake. Please sign the last paper because I've got something to do after this.” she said with a full of patience face.

Jaeyun's expression didn't changed instead he read the paper even though he already read it just now. Just wanted to waste Hyejin's time.

“Mr Jake, can you make it quick?” she asked.

“One moment.”

Annoying!

Jaeyun finally signed the paper after five minutes reading the same thing. Hyejin let out a long satisfied sigh. She took all the paper and wants to walk out from the room but Jaeyun stopped her.

“I heard you go out with Ethan, tonight.” Hyejin turned around, “yes, I'm going out with him tonight. Any problem?”

“Nothing.”

“Alright!”

Hyejin quickly left and went to her room while stomping her feet. Jihoon who was about to walked out from his room accidentally saw it. He let out a soft chuckled.

“He is acting weird like fifteen years old boy, isn't he?” he asked and Hyejin groaned while fanning her face using the paper.

“Please pray for my sanity Jihoon because if I lost control, I might choke him!”
