I left Jaylynn's house before she woke up. I got a warm shower before getting dressed for my run.

I went downstairs to the kitchen and I ran into Matthew.
"Your parents called last night," he said as I drank some room-temperature water.
I removed the glass from my mouth and wiped my lips.
"I told them you weren't here," he said and I placed the empty glass cup down.
"Since you were busy fucking our neighbor," he said and I finally look at him.
He started smirking and I searched his eyes.
"Just kidding," he said and I rolled my eyes.
I fucking hate him.
"My parents are coming here to visit for three days so be on your best behavior since they don't know this is fake,"
"Wait I'm sorry did you say here as in this house here?"
"Yes, Scarlett,"
"Oh darling you better find a hotel for them folks because I can hardly tolerate your ass being here let alone people who are related to you," I said and he now stared at me with a glare.
"Are you kidding me,"
"No, I'm not," I said before grabbing my ear-pods off the counter.
"So you expect me to tell my parents that they can't come to my house because my wife says they're not welcome,"
"I love how fast you catch on, I barely have to say the exact words," I smiled.
I walked past him and exit the house. I started my run after placing it in my ear pads.

I took a long bubble bath as today I decided to rest a bit.
I stared at my phone as I thought about texting Jaylynn.
I let out a sigh before placing my phone. I placed my hands back into the water before raising my legs.
