"Ring! Ring!" The bell went off. Its time for design class. Keisha and her group, Tara and Sabrina, were just hanging around the cafeteria, determined to skip class. To be fair, no one likes design class anyways. They were hiding behind a pillar until someone came passing by.
"Uhm.. guys, arent you supposed to be in class?.." A snuffled voice appeared. It was Leonard, the nerdy, tall, fluffy hair guy. He looked at Keisha and her gang worriedly.
"Squirm away buck'o! We dont need to hear your trembling, ear killing voice." Keisha rambled. Her gang absoloutely despised people like him. To them their a bunch of goofs. Still, Leonard kept warning them about concequences. "Oh my god, fine! We'll go to class, just PLEASE stop talking!" Tara barked at him. They got fed up and stomped their way into class. They and Leonard were the last four people to enter the class. The teacher looked at them with a fierce glance. It seemed like they were in hot water.
"Okay, sit down the four of you. We'll be working on a project and you will work in pairs. Lets see," Mr.Davis, the teacher, tapped his pen on his chin while thinking.
"Ah, here we go. Tara will be with Sabrina and Leonard will be with Keisha. Since you guys were.. 12 minutes late, you guys will sit behind." Keisha's eyes widened and her jaw was flung opened. She looked at her friends, and turned to Leonard, judging him by eye sight. She clenched her fists and slammed herself onto her designated chair with steam whistling out of her ears.
"I-im Leonard.. uh- call me Leo!" He introduced as he sits down in his chair, whipping out his designer books from his black bag with a batman print on the front of his bag. He was gonna continue, but he was shushed by Keisha. Mr.Davis then walked down the lane of desks, handing each group a worksheet. On the worksheet was a list of instructions for the project. It was indeed a ridiculously long list.
"I expect you all to finish it by the end of next month. Im giving you plenty of time, so you better finish it!" Mr.Davis exclaimed, staring at everyone with fire in his eyes. He was very strict when it comes to homework. He would give detention to people who dont complete his work. Anyways, enough about him. You may ask, why does Keisha hate Leo? Well, she may be a straight A student, but shes a trashy whore. She throws parties every weekend night, part of a popular mean girl group and probably a jock. In summary, she isnt the same as Leo.
It was now lunchtime.
"Ugh.. I cant believe i have to work with that idiot." Keisha groaned.
"I feel bad for you girl," Tara responded.
"Thank you! Atleast someone understands." While they were ranting about it, Keisha felt a gentle tap on her shoulder. She turned around and saw Leo. She looked down and saw a note in his hand and snatched it before he could say anything. She unfolded the paper and read his message."Hello Keisha. Tomorrow is a weekend so we should meet up tomorrow. I think I already figured out what to do for our project. Il meet up at your house tomorrow at 1.45pm. Thank you!" It was surprisingly nicely written. Keishas jaw was wide open.
"I. hate. this. project." Keisha snarled.
