[Enter Arlen and Lerna]Old man: my bones, have long shattered, and my soul ripped.
The cave, now my home and you too have been tricked
Arlen: where are we? Where is this entrance? How do we get out?
Lerna: This place isn't , the old man... he reminds me of someone[Both of them look at the old man.]
Arlen: who are you? Why are you here? How do we get out?
Old man:'Tis merely an illusion, for I am a delusion. This lodging is merely a maze. I am mirror, a mirror of the past, yet the future.[Lerna looks at the eerie darkness]
Lerna: close your eyes Arlen
[Both of them close their eyes, and fall into surprise.]
[Arlen, with his eyes closed now, absorbs around and see the rocky cave,a dried up lake, bones on the floor, a human skeleton sitting besides him, and a dark passage with no sign of life.]
[Lerna, with his eyes closed, looks around and see the beautiful cave, fireflies flying around, a lake with fish in it, flowers in the cave , he sees two bright passages, and notices something besides him, a child, a child with a bright face and smile, Lerna feels nostalgia, looking at the child]
[The child points at one of the passage as Lerna looks towards it, then towards Arlen]Lerna: Arlen! Follow me
Arlen: where are we going?
Lerna: trust me and follow me[Both of them walk towards the passage.]
Arlen: it's getting darker and darker, and there seems to be no sign of life
Lerna: I see a bright light ahead of me, let's keep walking.[Arlen, feels the darkness surrounding him, and the dreadfully air embracing him ]
Arlen[scared]: Lerna let's go back. I don't feel safe at all.
[Lerna, looks at the light and notices something..... it's not a light but an eye, staring at them. Lerna tries to scream, unable to let a word out of his mouth, his legs now walking on their own]
[Arlen, now gets surrounded by complete darkness, blinded by his own curiosity, holds Lerna's head tighter]
Arlen: I am scared, the ground is getting steeper and steeper.
Lerna [in his mind]: the light is getting brighter, I can't stop but stare at the eternal light seeping into my soul. I might have to open my eyes, exposing into this reality that awaits me.
Arlen [in his mind ]: The darkness is embracing me. I cannot do much, but let it flow through my soul, forcing me to open my eyes to what awaits me.
