Chapter 2

"Yah aren't you going to help me up?"Jennie asked as she sat on the floor. "Unnie he didn't mean to",Lisa said helping her up. "Actually I did",the boy said. "Excuse me?",Jennie said confused. "Just a bit of revenge, also like you said it's not YG",the boy said with a unbothered expression. Jennie scowled at him as he walked away while Lisa dusted her off.

After school Jennie went home...

Jennie was walking through her mansion staring at the pictures on the wall, each one was either of her mother on stage or with 2ne1 (her godmothers). Jennie sighed as she came to the last picture it always seemed to make her a bit sad; it was her mom's last performance with 2ne1 before retiring and going into business.

As she turned away from the picture her gaze quickly went to the black piano in the corner of the living room, this simple little piano contained a lot of pain for Jennie and her mom. It belonged to her father, however Jennie's parents split up before she was born so she never knew who he was, she hadn't even seen him before. Jennie ran her fingers over the keys smiling to herself, "Wherever you are dad...I hope you're happy".

"Jennieeee",a cold voice said making Jennie jump and hit the wrong notes on the piano. "Hi mom",Jennie said turning around. "Is that all you have to say?",CL asked with her usual tone and stern face. "Uh...you look really pretty today?",Jennie said fidgeting with her fingers. "What happened with Nayeon today?",CL asked. "It's not important",Jennie said heading towards the staircase. CL watched her daughter walk away and saw the piano was open, old memories went through her head as she quickly shut the piano and went upstairs.

"So she knows already?",Lisa asked as she laid on her bed talking to Jennie. Lisa and her mother supported CL and Jennie after the divorce so they were welcome to live in the mansion as well, which worked out for the two girls. They had become as close as sisters. "I feel like she has people watching me everywhere",Jennie said frustrated. "Well, obviously you need it",CL said with the same cold tone as she stood in the door of Lisa's bedroom. "Lisa can you give us a minute",CL said. "Sure you know it's my room, but sure",Lisa said whispering the last part to herself.

"Sorry Lisa",Jennie said. "You love protecting her don't you?",CL asked closing the door. "If I don't who will, she's still young",Jennie said. "So that's why you slapped that girl today",CL said. "Kinda, yeah",Jennie admitted. "I'm letting it slide this time,but it's the last time Jennie",she said. "Gee thanks mom",Jennie said with a hint of sarcasm in her voice. "I said I wouldn't punish you, but you still seem upset",CL said stroking Jennie's hair. "There's this boy...

"Oh boy boy boy",CL said. "It's not like that in fact he knocked me down today and told me this isn't YG",Jennie said flopping down on the bed. "Sounds cocky? What's his name?",CL asked. "Kim Taehyung",Lisa said from outside the door. CL and Jennie laughed when CL came to a holt all of a sudden. "What's wrong mom? Also Lisa you can come in",Jennie said. "Did you say Kim Taehyung Lisa?",CL asked. "Yes aunt I did",Lisa said. "His parents aren't shareholders are they?",CL asked.

"Yes they are how did you know?",Lisa asked giggling a bit. "I'm meeting with them tonight and they had said they would bring their sons along to meet my daughter",CL said slipping towards the door. "WHAT? HERE! TONIGHT!",Jennie said frantically.

"That's a coincidence",Lisa said laughing her head off. "Yah Lisa shut up",Jennie said through clenched teeth. "I'm sorry darling, but please dress nicely I need to make a good impression",CL said. "Of course I will don't worry, I won't let the squabble hurt our family business",Jennie said. "Thank you",CL said. Lisa listened to the situation and she wasn't surprised Jennie agreed, even though Jennie's mom was a bit cold Jennie was very selfless.

"Get Lisa ready too",CL said leaving the girls alone. "Me?",Lisa asked. "Yep let's go and get dressed...
