Chapter 29

Kabanata 29: Rest

“For real Xander? Ang aga mo! I just wake up. No, you wake me up!” inip na ani ko pagkatapos ko siyang pagbuksan ulit dahil diretsahan kong isinara ang pintuan sa mukha niya kanina.

I didn't know that it's him! Edi sana nagsuklay muna ako bago ko siya binuksan kung alam ko para hindi ko sinara bigla ang pinto sa mukha niya.

He chuckled.

“I'm sorry to ruined your sleep baby, you can get back to sleep now. I'll be the one to cook our breakfast” he uttered bago pumasok at nilock ang pintuan.

I went to my sofa at patapon na umupo roon. Para bang lantang gulay.

“Hey, matulog kana ulit” he uttered and settled down beside me, “Huwag na, maghihintay nalang kamo ako sa oras” I uttered and he chuckle.

I close my eyes dahil kahit itanggi ko, alam kong inaantok pa ako.

I felt someone held my leg kaya naibuka ko ang mata ko, “W-what are you doing?” I sleepily asked but he didn't answer me at patuloy pa ring ini-angat ang katawan ko sa sofa.

When I'm finally laying down on the sofa ay saka siya umupo sa uluhan ko and he made his thigh as my pillow.

“Go to sleep now, I'll wake you up if it's time already” pagkasabi niya niyon ay literal akong nakatulog but before I finally fell asleep, I felt something soft touch my forehead, probably him.

I wake up not because he wake me up but because of the smell of the food he's cooking. Kung ganito lang ang magiging asawa ko, ang saya siguro.

“Hey” I called him as I enter the kitchen kaya napabaling naman siya sa akin even though he's busy cooking our breakfast.

“Good morning. Did I wake you up?” he asked and I shook my head before I walked towards him and sat on the sink.

“You could have just cook a sunny side up egg or hotdogs for our breakfast Xan tas sa hapunan muna niluto yan” ani ko and so he stop stirring what he's cooking and lock me to where I am through his masculine arms.

“H-hoy! Alis nga!” gulat na ani ko sa kanya at sinubukang itulak ang balikat niya but Xander is strong kaya walang epekto ang pagtulak ko.

“You don't like it?” He asked seriously as he lick his lower lip kaya napabaling ang tingin ko roon but then, he held my chin to let me look at his eyes which immediately hypnotized me.

“G-gusto n-naman. A-alis na!” I stammered as I try to push him again and this time he loosened up. He ended up chuckling bago bumalik sa ginagawa.

Inip akong bumaba sa sink at pabirong sinuntok ang braso niya and he reacted automatically na nagpasinghap sa akin.

“Gosh! So oa” ani ko na lamang bago siya iniwan roon para maligo at maghanda na papasok.

When I'm done ay saka lang ako bumaba at naabutan ko siyang hinahanda na ang mga kubyertos na gagamitin namin.

“Take your sit” he uttered and pulled a chair for me at umupo naman ako roon before he also settled himself just next beside me.

I took a spoonful of soup sa niluto niya and I almost slammed the table for the way it taste! Gago ang sarap!

“Is it good?” I can feel how intense he was and when I nodded parang nabunutan siya ng tinik. “Kumain na tayo!” aliw na ani ko and so we did.

We didn't do much talking dahil masyado akong sabik sa kinakain ko and even though I notice his out of nowhere stare ay parang wala lang sa akin. Am I used to it sa isang  buwan na niyang pagpunta dito o I am just too distracted of the food I am eating.
