Isabella's POV

Dear Journal,

Today is the day that we throw our caps in the air as me and my class walk the stage. Highschool really did treat me well besides Samantha Jones who tried and failed to make my life hell.

This is the memories I get to treasure and keep for the rest of my life with my best friend by my side. Alex told me that she doesn't wanna do college because she already has a job set up for her when she graduates so she isn't going anywhere.

Thank god because I wouldn't be able to function without her either. But either than that, I really have nothing planned after we graduate. Mom told me if I don't want a job then I can either go to college or just have fun for a little while.. before she forces me to get a job.

I got the summer with Alex as long as she doesn't get a full time job, especially gonna stay as far as possible from that dark haired asshole who doesn't know what personal space or manners are. He really does creep me out.... Okay my hand is cramping up.

Isabella Monet'.

I set down my pen and click it with gratitude as I admire my entry. My last entry before I'm no longer a student at Alexandria High... I've never thought I'd feel this way considering that High School has its ups and downs but in the end, it was amazing. I smile at this thought as I close my journal one last time as a student.

A sigh escapes my mouth as I turn and grab my phone off the charger that was plugged in on my nightstand next to my bed. A text from Alex saying 'Happy Graduation Day!' and notifications about it on my social media. My mom was an only child, but from my dad's side he has 2 sister's that are apparently 'proud of me'. They posted one picture of me on Facebook when I turned 16, I was standing by my birthday cake with a crown on my head.

My mom took that picture and I don't even know how they got that. They must be stalker's... I reply saying 'thank you!' in the comments and there's people I don't even know in there telling me happy graduation. I hurry up and delete the comment and rewrite it saying 'thank you all!'. I then click off Facebook to text my best friend Happy graduation as well.

I lift my head up towards my desk across the room to see my cap and gown, the silk of it hanging off my desk chair and the cap just chilling on top of the chair. I wouldn't call it chilling, it's hanging on for dear life. They gave all the seniors caps and gowns on the last day of School, which was Wednesday. We didn't really do anything on the last day, some people cried and some rejoiced. Went to Class to Class and the teachers basically said the same thing.

The most fun part about it is we got to throw all of our papers up in the air when the school bell ringed for the last time. I smile at this memory as me and Alex talked about the last day of school for hours after. Oh and senior prank night back in March was even better...

"You're not even dressed!" Someone's voice rings out next to me.

"Oh shit!" I yell as I jump out of bed, my heart pounding. Mom yells downstairs 'watch your mouth' as I turn to see Alex standing there, all dressed and ready.

"Don't scare me like that!" I say as I take deep breaths.

"I'm sorry, but we have to be at the Theater at nine and your hair is barely dry!" She says in a panic tone. I look at the clock on my nightstand and it says it's 8:35AM.
