Chapter 5 Part 1- New Students

Heaven's POV:

I was so excited to go to my new school today that I woke up earlier than Felipe. Right now, we are already at our new school. Felipe and I went to the principal's office where we met Mr. Vladovsky. His office was quite dark, giving him a mysterious vibe. He was helping us find our first class.

Third POV:

Professor Pascal was in his room, gathering the materials he would need to teach his students. His dog, Asta, was sleeping in his little bed near Pascal's desk. Suddenly, he heard a knock on his classroom door. He went to open it and found Mr. Vladovsky standing there.

"Hello, Vlad. Do you need something?" asked Professor Pascal.

"Yes, Pascal. I wanted to let you know that you have two new students for your class," said Mr. Vladovsky.

"Oh, is that why there are extra tables in my classroom? Where are they?" asked Pascal.

"We are right here, sir," said Heaven, waving along with her brother, Felipe.

"Oh, hello, kids. I am Professor Pascal. What are your names?" asked Pascal.

"My name is Heaven Baker," said Heaven with a smile.

"And I'm Felipe Baker. I'm Heaven's brother," added Felipe.

"Your last name is Baker as well? Are you related to someone with the same last name?" asked Pascal.

"Yes, we're cousins with Andy and Liv, who also attend this school," said Felipe, feeling a bit awkward about calling Liv their cousin.

"That's nice to hear. I'm guessing they don't know you're starting school here now, right?" asked Pascal.

"No, sir. They don't know yet, but their parents do," said Heaven, still smiling.

"Pascal, could you show Heaven and Felipe their next classes before school starts?" asked Mr. Vladovsky.

"Yes, of course. Is it alright if I bring my dog, Asta, with me?" asked Pascal.

"Sure, we don't mind," said Heaven, smiling, as Asta woke up and went to his owner, Pascal. Mr. Pascal then helped Heaven and Felipe find their next classes, while Mr. Vladovsky returned to his office.

Andy's POV:

Another school day had arrived just a regular Wednesday. I walked alongside Mike and Liv on our way to class. Last night, I managed to get a better night's sleep than the previous one, during which I had slept through Professor Pascal's lesson. However, for some reason, thoughts of Liv kept crossing my mind, which confused me. After all, she wasn't even my sister, although I found myself thinking about her again last night.

Lost in my thoughts about the dream I had the previous day, I suddenly heard Liv's voice, snapping me back to reality. "Umm, Andy? Are you okay?" she asked, her gaze fixed on me. Mike was also looking at me, clearly concerned.

"Yeah, I'm fine, Liv," I replied as we entered the school building.

"Hey, guys," Charlie greeted us as she approached.

"H-Hey, Charlie," Mike stammered slightly.

"Morning, Charlie," Liv said.

"Morning," I added.

Charlie then mentioned something that caught our attention. "Did you guys hear that we will have two new students in our class?" she asked.

"Wait, really?" Mike exclaimed, and Liv and I exchanged glances.

"That's awesome. Are they girls or boys, or both?" Liv inquired.

"I heard it's one boy and one girl, and they're supposed to be siblings, just like you and Andy," Charlie informed us.

"O-oh, that's cool," I responded, feeling a bit uneasy about Charlie referring to Liv and me as siblings when we weren't really related.

After the bell rang, we entered the classroom. Professor Pascal and his dog, Asta, were nowhere to be seen, which was unusual. I also noticed some new desks next to me and behind me.

"He might be helping the new students, probably," I thought to myself.
