Good old dorm

SEVEN POV:

"Oh my god I've actually missed this place." I breathed in heavily as i stood with my arms wide open in a T-pose stance, "stop being wierd, wierd doesn't suit you." I slapped her arms to my side, forgetting about my stitches and whining in pain, "hey, you try dying for 6 minutes, being in a hospital for a week in a coma, when nurses don't even know if your gonna survive or not, then tell me to stop being wierd." Wednesday rolled her eyes, "I was in hospital for a week. Just not in a coma." I huffed at wednesday as i turned around to glance around the dorm i nearly never came back to, "wait hold on... how am i meant to get to my bed? Nurse said no strenuous activities for 2 weeks." Enid butted in at the speed of light, "you could always share Wednesdays bed" a knowing grin on her face, "ah yes, wednesday what do you think?" Wednesday stood there, staring at Enid, "I believe I'm rubbing off on Enid, she's wanting to torture me." I dropped my jaw and acted like I was offended, "says the one who climbed into the hospital bed with me, atleast just share your bed for a day or two until I'm able to move around without so much pain." After much pleading and begging wednesday finally gave in agreeing to share her bed with me for 2 days, as soon as 2 days was up I had to find a way to get to my own bed on the platform.

*30 min time skip*

Me and Enid were just chatting, talking about what happened while I was in hospital, how wednesday never left my side unless she went to the toilet, apparently she even blamed herself for me jumping in the way and getting myself stabbed, Enid even told me how she cried before the ambulances came and how she begged me to open my eyes, I genuinely felt bad for it happening, but it's over now. "Soooo, I think I should talk to Wednesday" Enid put her phone down as she rested her head on her hands, "oh you definitely need to, let me tell you, that kiss in the hospital was something" I dropped my head into my hands and groaned remembering that it happened infront of Enid, "I don't know what got into me I thought you wouldn't be there for some reason, I really need to talk to wednesday tho" now Enid was pretending to be offended, "I'm like.. your best friend, WHY WOULDNT I BE THERE?" I rubbed my fingers against my temples as I apologised to Enid, "what do I say to wednesday" Enid sat up at she stared me directly in the eye, "confess."

"Wednesday?" Wednesday was sat in the quad, on her own, reading a spell book, "can we talk?" Wednesday shut her book as she looked up to me, "sit" I proceeded to sit down beside her, "I uhm- I have something I want to get off my chest.. I feel like now would be the right time.. for some reason" Wednesday looked intrigued, and I was begining to regret doing this, it all felt so real and suddenly I wasn't feeling confident anymore, "uh I just well I just wanted to say.." I sighed as I felt like I couldn't say it, "spit it out, we don't have all day, it's an hour till sundown." I closed my eyes and took a deep breath before spitting it out "ilikeyouwednesdayaddamsbutidontknowifyoudotoo" I kept my eyes squeezed shut, it was awfully silent and I feel like I've messed up, I slowly opened one eye, looking at wednesday who looked star struck, clearing her throat before she spoke "I believe I have some mutual feelings like that. Feelings that are new to me that I haven't quite figured out yet." I let out a breath I didn't know I was holding, "oh my god I thought you were going to kill me or something or freak out and not wanna be my friend anymore or ju-" I was rambling, but I stopped rambling pretty quickly when wednesday kissed me, in the quad, infront of loads of people, "okay uh I'm- I'm going to go to the dorm and shower and yeah just whatever, see you later?" Wednesday watched intently as I stood up, limping backwards as I pointed to where the dorms would be, "I'll be back before sundown" I quickly turned around and power limped to the dorm, so that I could tell Enid everything that happened.

*quick time skip*

"SHE DID WHAT?" Enid was screeching from happiness after I told her what happened, "YES! SHE KISSED ME?" She was jumping up and down while I was sat on her bed, "this all feels so wierd, I'm used to being like, quiet and to myself.. I've never had friends before this is all so new, friends.. relationships.. oh my god your rubbing off on me Enid, I need get myself in check" Enid grumbled saying she prefers when I'm like this, I can't lie, it feels... nice, but I'm not used to this at all, "I should go shower, wednesday will be back soon and I told her I was gonna shower, she'll probably piece it together that I haven't showered and instead have been gossiping with you" I got up and headed to the bathroom, turning the shower on, making sure my wounds were definitely covered from the water, I struggled slightly to wash my hair as stretching my arms up hurt my side and my collarbone, but I managed one handed, I got out and got dried, forgetting that I didn't bring a change of clothes, "shit."

I walked out of the bathroom, wrapped in my towel, "eniddd, can you please go up to my platform and grab me some pajamas please?" Enid threw a fit but considering I'm injured she begrudgingly agreed and fetched me some clothes, "thank you" I got changed and cleaned my dressings so my stitches would stay dry, I was really tired and needed some sleep, I decided to go to sleep early, and hoped wednesday wouldn't mind either, considering I've already tucked myself into her bed and ready to hit the sack for the night.
