While the ladies were in the kitchen, cooking the food and having a few drinks, Beyoncé and Toni were outside, on the patio, rolling up fat blunts for each of them. Bringing it up to her lips, Bey licked hers sealed. As Toni slumped down in her seat, a little more, Bey side eyed her when she remembered something about earlier.
"Nah, nigga. What the fuck you and Janet was doing, earlier? You ain't slick,"
Licking hers sealed, too, Toni smirked as she made sure it was tight before grabbing a lighter from out of her pants. "Fucking. What the fuck you think we been doing?" She put the blunt between her lips and sparked it up, blowing the smoke from out of her nose. "I get pussy anytime, anyplace," She said, leaning her head back against the back of the chair, blowing O's in the air.
Bey sucked her teeth, mugging her. "Man, I swear you got it easy,"
"A lot of shit come easy when you got a wife as freaky as mine. She don't be on none of that talking shit, she get straight to business," She said, biting her lip as she thought about her wife.
Anybody who knew Janet also knew that she was a real freak. She was down for anything that Toni wanted to do and that's why they stayed happily married for the past 30 years.
"I be tryna be like that with Doe, but her ass be holding out on me. Be having blue balls, all day, until she finally wanna do something,"
"You must be ain't doing something right, 'cause Janet be telling me how Doe be saying slick freaky shit when they be doing girly shit, with the rest of 'em. She know you love her?"
"Her ass better know," She said and Toni just shook her head.
"Wrong answer. When it come down to yo' wife, that's when you really need to start paying attention and put that tough side of you, aside. Doe probably be holding out on you 'cause you don't show her you love her until you wanna fuck on her. Get ya' dick hard and then you wanna be kissing all down her neck and shit," Toni said and Bey just took a pull out of the blunt.
Sucking her teeth, she hit Bey in the chest. "Ouch, Hercules ass hands,"
"Ouch, my ass. That's exactly what your ass be doing. That ain't a smart move, nigga,"
"I know it ain't, but it's hard when you grew up around nothing but loud ass arguing and hopping family member to family member. I done built a fence that even I can't move past," She said, licking at her lips, staring at the sky. "I do love her, though,"
"Do you let her know that?"
"Yeah. I be telling her 'I love you',"
"That's it?" She asked and Bey nodded. Toni shook her head. "Sometimes it ain't just about telling them that you love her, you gotta put those words into action, too. Especially with a woman like Dorinda. I been knowing her and her sisters for a long time. She's a sweet ass lady who loves everybody,"
"I know," She closed her eyes, licking her dry lips. She was starting to feel the weed which meant she was about to begin speaking from the heart. Sighing, she opened her low eyes. "I really be trying with her. I just don't want to fuck up, so bad, she leave, because I couldn't get up off my ass in time. I'd die without her, man. Go fucking insane,"
"Then show her. You don't have to act like who you built yourself to be. Start off small. Buy her flowers. Everybody know she like roses. Take her shopping and blow a few stacks. Money is money, you'll always make it back. Take her out to dinner and make it a little romantic. Show out and rent the whole restaurant out. That's gonna have her think that you'll do anything just to spend quality time with her. My biggest fear, for you, is to lose that good woman. It's evident that she really loves you, it shows through how much bullshit she takes from you," Toni said. "Better start putting that woman first,"
