Mine (Xiao x Aether)

Chapter 1

Xiao POV:

I walk around Liyue collecting qingxin flowers for Ganyu's drink. She asked me to not so long ago and I told her I would get back to her as soon as possible.

Just as I finish up for the day, I watch Aether and Piamon searching around from the top of Mount Hula.

I have no idea what they are looking for until I hear a loud yell coming from non other than Piamon.

Piamon: "ARE YOU SERIOUS? NOT A SINGLE QINGXIN FLOWER IN ANY OF THE MOUNTAINS!?"

A small chuckle comes from Aether's mouth, causing my knees to turn to jello. If I hadn't been leaning against a tree, I would've easily fell to the floor.

Aether: "It's alright Piamon, we'll look for them around the shops in Liyue." He smiles at her, comforting her.

I look down at the basket of qingxin in my hand and feel a guilt forming in my stomach. I think about Ganyu, how she needs these flowers but my heart is always going to put Aether first.

I have about two dozen flowers so u can split them, half-half, between the two.

Just before Aether and Piamon are about to leave down the mountain, I rush up to Aether and grab his arm.

He turns around, an alarming look on his face. Out of the corner of my eye, I see Piamon still floating ahead, now talking to air.

Aether: "Xiao! Hi! I didn't expect to see you here. What are you doing here anyway?"

Xiao: "Hello, Aether. I was just here picking some qingxin for Ganyu when I overheard u and Piamon looking for some. Unfortunately, I picked all of them so I wanted to give some to you."

Aether looks at me, a sparkle glints in his golden eyes. He looks so beautiful that it hurts to look at him sometimes.

Right when I thought he and I were having a moment, Piamon comes rushing in screaming at the top of her lungs.

Piamon: "HOW COULD U!? I GOT HALFWAY DOWN THE MOUNTAIN TALKING TO MYSELF UNTIL I REALIZED YOU WEREN'T EVEN THERE!"

Aether looked at her then back at the basket of qingxin in my basket. He grabbed a handful and showed Piamon.

Aether: "Look, qingxin. Now you can go to Ganyu and ask her to make you one of her special drinks."

He shoved it at Piamon. She didn't seem to mind. She grabbed the handful with both her arms and flew down the mountain with a grin on her face.

Aether: "Sorry, Xiao. I did that out of no where. I'll give you back a favor, I promise!"

He said this as he started to walk away, toward Piamon. Then broke into a run once he finished his sentence.

Xiao: If only he would moan my name, not just say it.
