Going through traumatizing things or depression we always here "its get better" . but does it? Or do we just come to terms that life sucks. I mean you always think that if your at the bottom of a hole you can't fall deeper and you just stay there slowly getting use to it slowly coming to terms with living in this dark hole is your life now and you think it cant get worse until the floor opens up and swallows you whole and now you just have to wait for it to"get better" or in more realistic terms adapt to this new shitty life you just fell into.
