I took a seat on the metalic chair and heaved a sigh. Work can sometimes be tiring, especially when I don't feel like doing anything. The only thing on my mind is you, Amelia.

"Ed!"

I glanced to my left to see my boss walking up to me. The fuck do you want?

"Boss."

"We have a customer complaint."

"About?"

"About you."

Here we go again.

"May I ask what it is this time sir?"

"There was a couple here earlier, the Berries, he said you kept eyeing his wife and you made her uncomfortable." He explains.

I couldn't help myself and I laughed. It pissed him off though. "You need to stop, we're losing customers because of you."

"Boss, I assure you that that's not what happened. All I did was send her a welcome smile and she sent one back. Sure I gave her a few glancing but that's because she was staring at me."

He rolled his eyes. But it's true. She did the thing where they'd bite their bottom lip and bat their eyes.

They came for a tire change and the entire time she'd been eyeing me.

"Ed, you sound like a kid that was caught stealing cookies out of the jar. We always had this problem with you."

Not my problem. "I don't know what to say, boss."

He shot me a sorry look. "You're goo at what you do Eddy, you're a quick learner but..."

Oh no.

"I'm afraid I'll have to fire you."

"What?"

"You can go home now." He began walking off and I flew up behind him.

"Boss come on, you can't fire me."

"Well Eddy I just did."

I scoff. "I'm good looking. I can't help that, and if their whore wives flirt with me then whose fault is that?"

He stopped, making me stop. He sent me a look of surprise and rest his hands on his hips.

"My word, I never heard you this way before. You always keep to yourself and you're quiet most of the time."

"I apologize for my furstration, sir, but you must understand that all females aren't loyal. When they see me they flirt. The only thing I do is smile, you've seen it for yourself."

He heaves a sigh.

"I'm sorry Ed, but nobody likes you around the shop and I can't keep loosing profit. I'll have your paycheck at the end of the week."

You've got to be fucking kidding me.
