Chapter 7: Mom and Liam

Liam's P.O.V

Omg... Lea must be so freaking nervous right now. She must be with her tail,in the floor,bored.

"Liam. I'm so sorry. Lea must be mad at me now." Niall said worried.

"Don't worry Ni. She'll be ok,she won't hate you" I roll my eyes.

"I hope so." He says and goes sit with the boys. So now what?

"Guys,I'm gonna check out on Lea. BRB!" I go to the bathroom door and knock. "Lea? You ok?"

"Yes. I'm just... you know, chilling with my tail what about you?" I sware I could hear her a bit mad.

"Don't be mad Lea. It was an accident."

"I know,I know. But I just, don't wanna see my tail. I kind of like being a human." What?

She likes being a human now?

-MEANWHILE AT MAKO ISLAND-

Heather's P.O.V. (Lea's oldest sister)

"Dad! She's been missing for 2 days already! We sware we don't know where she went!" I lied. I just din't want to make things worse right now. And Sasha must understand me right now as she nods to my statement. Dad found out today about Lea being missing. I know she's in the human world,I just know. Who knows? Maybe someone found her and is testing her, testing her tail. Who knows? But I just hope she's ok.

"I'll send guards to look for her and everyone to keep a look out for her if they see her somewhere." Dad says simply,very mad but a bit sad,I could tell. He always tried to be very OVER-protective since mom died but at the end,he's always hugging you,poking you,and just... having fun. I feel sorry for him sometimes. I know he tries his best to keep us safe and make us happy. But Lea has broken all of that all this years. Dad has become more... straight. Kind of like a teacher. And with how Lea is well, Dad just changed. But deep inside him,he's still hurt. He loves us. He loosed mom,and now he dosen't want to loose us. But Lea is missing,and I KNOW that Dad thinks that he's broken his own promise of not loosing us. We'll find her,I know. Or she'll come back.

Everyone is asking where she is but not anymore. Now everyone is looking for her. Everyone worried. One of the Monet princesses is missing and everyone is aware of that. I miss her... a lot. I miss her smile,her hope,her dreams,her not giving up,her advice,and everything. Even if I'm the oldest,she's like my diary. Also for Sasha,our sister from the middle. Shasha's been very sad these two days aswell. And I'm trying to be strong,but I'm failing. Wherever she is,I know she's having fun. Wherever she is,I know she's meeting new people. Wherever she is,I know that she'll be okay,and that she'll never give up on ANYTHING she wants to do right now.

-BACK AT OUR WORLD (humans)-

Lea's P.O.V.

I look at my tail and suddenly feel sad. Remembering my life on Mako Island. My sisters,they must be freaking out right now. My dad,who must has sent all the guards and all the kingdom to look for me. But mostly,my mom. Why mostly her? Because her tail was just like mines. My tail has a mix of blue,green,purple,and a bit of pink! Just like my mom's tail.

I din't notice that a tear had fallen down my cheek. Remembering my mom must be the most sentimental times I have. She was amazing! The nicest person on Mako Island. On every kingdom in the sea. She was just special. I'd trust her with everything. I'd help her with anything she needed. We sang together. She played with me. And she has been the only one in my whole life that has shared her secrets with me. She din't even tell them to Sasha or Heather,who were more mature. And yes,I do remember every single one of them. Also,she gave the best of the advice I ever needed! Some of them I give them to Heather and Sasha when they need my advice. Maybe thanks to mom is why they talk to me about their secrets.

And now I realize. These two days that I've been here,Liam has been the most nicest person to talk to me yet. So I guess that in only two days,I feel like Liam is my brother. He's so nice! Kind of like my mom. They both are officially the nicest persons on the whole world! But how could I say that about Liam? Well... atleast I had the good luck that he was the one who found me. If he was another person,I'd probably be dead right now because of the tests and exams other humans would want to do to me.

I guess that mom and Liam do have things in common. I told him my secrets. He told me his secrets. I used to do that with mom. He's been super Nice! Just like mom. But what am I even talking about? Liam may be nice and everything but, he'll

never compare to mom.

Liam's P.O.V.

"Is Lea ok?" Harry asks.

"Yeah. She's fine. It just must be hard for her to meet new people." I shrug. But I know it's totally not that. How am I even lying?! I'm lying to my BEST FRIENDS! I just don't know how to handle this anymore so I go to the bathroom and knock on Lea's door.

"What?!" She groans.

"Lea! I'll bring you a towel so you can dry your tail and you'll become a human again." I explain.

"Pheeew" I hear her sigh. "I thought I would be stuck here forever." I go grab a towel and knock on the door again. She unlocks the door,I open a crack of the door and give her the towel,she takes it and closes the door fast and I hear her lock it.

"You're welcome!" I say and walk back to the living room.

After a while she comes back. She smiles and takes a seat.

"Sorry I took a lot of time."

"Are you ok Lea? I'm still so sorry." Niall says.

"Don't worry Niall. I'm ok" She smiles. Wow... I din't really notice how cute she looks when she smiles. Wait... What? Pffft... I din't say that.

"Glad you're ok." Niall returns a smile to Lea.

We watched two movies and the lads leaved. When they leaved Lea threw herself in the sofa and let out a big sigh.

"Glad that was over. I was getting a bit scared if they asked any other questions but phew... They din't." She celebrates by herself and I roll my eyes.

She's adorable. I just had to say it.
