The hospital

Evelyn sat glaring across the bed at Peter in the hospital room as he shouted. Melissa entered the room freezing when she saw Peter. "You're supposed to be dead," she said.

"I get that a lot, actually," Peter said. Suddenly, Cora pitched upward, leaning over the bed and puking black blood and Mistletoe. "Cora!" Evelyn called, rushing to her side. Evelyn stepped away with Cora as Peter answered the phone.

"Look, I know we hate each other, but let's call a truce for the night," Evelyn said to Peter as they exited the hospital room with Cora.

"For tonight," Peter growled, knowing that it was more than just hate between the two of them. She knew his secrets, and he knew some of hers, and both were desperate to hide those secrets.

"Would you stop growling Then?" Evelyn snapped as she heard another growl.

"That wasn't me," Peter said. Evelyn looked up to see the twins in their combined form approaching. Evelyn looked at Peter.

"Run?" Evelyn asked, gripping the handles of the wheelchair tightly.

"Yep," Peter said. Evelyn didn't get far before the twins knocked her down. She quickly covered Cora with her body as Peter continued to fight. She started to worry when Peter went flying across the floor. Soon, Derek and Scott joined the fight while Peter and Stiles raced to help her with Cora.

They all raced through the hospital. "Don't stop!" Derek yelled. "Stiles!" he shouted as they reached the door. Evelyn turned to see Stiles standing by the opposite door.

"Stiles, come on," she shouted. The teen raised his bat, hitting the twins. Breaking it in half. Stiles ran toward them. Evelyn reached out, grabbing his arm as Scott leaped up and knocked down a light. The group took off running once again, hiding in a storage space. Evelyn knelt by Cora, ignoring the boys as they argued. She wasn't interested in their argument. Her focus needed to be on Cora.

"Is she really dying?" Scott asked after a while.

"She isn't getting any better," Peter said.

"There's got to be something we can do," Scott said.

"There isn't," Jennifer said, entering the room. "Only I can I can heal her, and I can tell you where Stlinski is." Evelyn spun around, standing up to shield Cora. Derek charged forward. Scott stepped in front of him. Holding him back.

"She was trying to escape," the Hale alpha growled, glaring at Jennifer.

"I was trying to survive. You can't blame me for that," Jennifer spat.

"Hey," Evelyn shouted, stepping up and placing herself between Jennifer and Derek. "You're right. We can't trust her, but right now, we need her," Evelyn whispered to Derek, reaching out and touching his shoulder. "Cora needs her."

Evelyn split from the group as Derek, Jennifer, and Stiles took Cora to the ambulance. She ran, looking for any sign of Deucalion or Melissa McCall.

"So then they're essentially trapped," Argent said as they all entered an old storage space in the hospital.

"Yeah, but if we turn the elevator on, then they'll know where they are," Melissa said.

"Why do we think I know which teacher this is?" Argent asked.

"She's the one with the brown hair. She's kinda hot," Issac said. They all turned, looking at him, "just an observation," he defended. Allison looked at herself in the mirror.

"I have an idea," she said.

"Why do I get the feeling I won't like this?" Evelyn asked.

"Because you probably won't," Allison said.

Evelyn followed Melissa up to the roof, helping her turn the power back on. Suddenly, Evelyn was thrown to the side, hanging off the roof, barely holding on—just her fingertips grasping the edge. After a minute, she heard Scott shouting above and Stiles, as well. She could hear Deucalion was there, too.
