"This school is huge!" Yumi commented while wandering her eyes through the beautiful interior of the private common room they were in. "It must feel extravagant to go here."

The Student Council President provided the private common room to be used by her clan during their stay in the Academy. The clan members can use the room during their free time in between their morning and afternoon classes.

"Yeah, you can say that," Ibara added. "Growing up in a rich family can screw you up though."

"Speaking of family, it was generous of Kirari to offer her position in this school as well as the clan to the winner of this election. Right, Rin-san?"

"Ha! I agree," the Obami Clan representative, Rin, replied with a smile on his face.

"Whoever gathers the most votes win the election," Erimi muttered while playing with her doll. "Only one of us can be the Student Council President and new Head of the Clan."

The pink-haired girl chuckled in her seat. "Should I start devising a plan to defeat you all?"

Ibara looked at her in disbelief before laughing.

"What's so funny about it?"

"I'm sorry but I think eliminating the clan members first is not a good idea, Erimi-san," Miyo chuckled.

"If you do, you'll get the risk of us targeting you instead," Miri followed.

"Yeah. They're right! And you should not be telling anyone about your plans either!" Ibara added.

All of their mutterings stopped as soon as they heard the de facto leader of the branch families, Terano Totobami, cough to get their attention.

"I don't think you have forgotten the agreement that we have before we stepped into this school," Terano reminded them. "We will not fight until we defeat Kirari Momobami."

"I will kill anyone who stands in our way. Remember that."

"Even the 'cursed' one?"

All of them turned their heads toward the Honebami Clan Representative, Miroslava.

"I have taken it upon myself to handle the matter concerning her," Terano told her. "And please refrain from using such disrespectful language when addressing my sister while I'm around."

"This applies to each and every one of you," she added. "Despite everything that happened, she's still my sister."

"I understand, I'm sorry," Miroslava apologized. "How about the other one, Yumeko Jabami? How should we handle her?"

"Is that the girl everyone was talking about last time?" Ibara asked. "The one who defeated Kirari's Council Members through gambling?"

"That's her," Rin replied.

"She seemed to be so skillful in gambling. Should we add her to our pact?"

"That won't be necessary. The choice of dealing with her is yours to make." Terano answered. "That said, should she pose a threat to our goals, then by all means..."

"...Devour her."

Tamara is sitting in front of the table, her eyes focused on the tiles as she thinks about her next move. Across from her is the determined village member Inuhachi and her squad who are having a good time playing with the latter despite hearing bad rumors about her past. They seemed to be enjoying each other's company as they occasionally shared a laugh as they played.
