𝙴𝙻𝙸𝚉𝙰𝙱𝙴𝚃𝙷 𝚂𝙽𝙰𝙿𝙴
I woke up to the sound of something or someone falling, my eyes opened quickly and saw Liv standing near the night stand holding onto it so she could stand properly. I let out a sigh of relief and smiled at her as she did the same.
I sat up quickly as soon as the door opened, there stood Mattheo with widened eyes as if he'd just seen a ghost along with the others.
"You okay?" I asked.
"Yeah, are you two?" He said quickly.
I looked over to Liv, she nodded.
"Yeah, we are" I smiled.
How adorable, he came in thinking we were taken again. God he's so cute. Wait- what the fuck am i saying. Oh god- no, Liza, keep it together. The others left and Mattheo walked in closing the door behind him.
"Okay, good" He breathed out.
Liv and i looked at each other in confusion before bursting out laughing. Mattheo looked at us as if we were crazy, i mean i wouldn't blame him because we do look crazy. Liv crawled back into bed next to me as our laugh died down, i looked at Mattheo whose smiling at the both of us.
"What?" I asked.
"What? oh- uh- nothing" He stuttered.
"Is that your boyfriend?" Liv giggled as both our eyes widened.
"No!, no he's not" I chuckled nervously while Mattheo scratched the back of his neck also seeming nervous.
"Why not?" She furrowed her brows, pouting.
"Well- because, we... uh-" I couldn't find anything to say so Mattheo cut me off.
"Because we hate each other" He smiled.
"Right!, yeah, we- we hate each other" I said nodding.
"You hate my sister but you're still my hero, why did you save me?" Liv asked, i looked at her with worried eyes.
Mattheo walked over to Liv and crouched down beside her, brushing her hair out of the way so he could see her beautiful brown eyes, just like his.
"Because you don't deserve what happened to you, your innocent, young, beautiful and wonderful" He said making me smile. "You went through all of that just to protect your sister, you're the real hero" He added.
She went through that just for... me?
Thousands and millions of thought were rushing through my head. What does he mean, 'Just to protect your sister'?, I can't ask questions now. Liv pulled him in for a hug, he gave in and hugged her back. This melted my heart, i never realized i was tearing up. They both pulled apart as Liv kissed Mattheo on his cheek making him smile.
"Your turn!" Liv stood up and jumped on me hugging me tightly as all of us laugh. "I love you Lizzie!" She pouted kissing my cheek.
"I love you too Birdie" I placed a kiss on her forehead.
After a few minutes, we were all silent until Mattheo spoke up.
"I can sleep in here if you want" He said nervously.
"Aww, is Mr. Riddle afraid that if he leaves us out of his sight we're gone?" I said sarcastically.
"Or i could just go to my own room-"
"No- i was just kidding, can you stay here tonight?" I asked.
He smiled and nodded. "Anything for you darling"
We just stared in each other's eyes, admiring one another. I can't seem to look away from his beautiful brown eyes, ugh the urge of me wanting to just kiss him is killing me.
"Are you sure you're not dating?" Liv spoke up making us break our eye contact.
"Yeah, i'm sure" I said.
"For now" Mattheo smirked.
"Oh shut up Riddle!" I threw a pillow at him as we both laughed.
"Y'know- i'm getting use to you calling me by my last name" He scoffed, rolling his eyes playfully.
"Good to know" I rolled my eyes back at him.
"Can i go see Dray?" Liv looked at the both of us with her puppy eyes.
"Yeah, sure" I smiled and stood up.
I lift her up and took her downstairs. We all walked in the kitchen and saw everyone there, some were either cooking and the others just chatting and laughing.
"Drayyyy" Liv ran to him, hugging him.
"Hey, birdie" He smiled.
This was the first time in a long time I've seen Draco more happier then he's ever been. I mean both Liv and I are like his sisters so why wouldn't he be happy.
"How are you feeling" He asked her.
"My arms still sowre" She said in her baby voice pouting.
Draco rubbed her arm slightly as Care walked up to her kissing the top of her forehead before walking over to me and doing the same.
"Can i..." Care paused. "Can i talk to you?" She finished.
I looked over to Draco with the look 'do you mind looking after her' as he nodded. I looked back at Caroline before nodding and following her outside.
The wind rushed through me, it was cold and windy. It was a full moon tonight, which mean's there are werewolves running around in the goddamn woods.
"So" I spoke up. "What did you want to talk to me about?" I asked, staring at the stars.
"When you asked me, what happened to those dead bodies on the floor... and i told you, i'll explain it to you later?" I nodded. "Well, now's the time" She chuckled nervously, fiddling with her fingers. I could tell she was nervous and scared.
"Go on" I said grabbing her hand assuring her that she can tell me anything and i'll always be there for her.
"I'm a vampire" She said. I didn't know if she was joking or not but right now isn't time for jokes.
"Very funny Care" I laughed a bit. I looked at her, she looked dead dead serious. "Oh shit- you're not joking" My eyes widened.
"Yeah" She said as veins formed around her eyes and fangs popped out.
All i could do was smile. This shit was absolutely amazing.
"Dude- I've known you for years now and i never knew you were a vampire!?" I whispered shout so no one could hear us.
"I know, i know. I was going to tell you when you were 12 but i didn't want you to be scared of me" She scratched the back of her neck awkwardly.
"I would never be scared of you Care, you're like mine and birdie second mother" I said as she pulled me in for a hug.
"I love you Lizzie" She said stroking my hair.
"I love you more Care" I smiled.
"And about you and Mattheo" Care spoke up ruining our moment.
"No" I groaned. "Not this again"
"Are you two dating?" She wiggled her brows with a wide smile on her face.
"No!" I laughed, Care laughed along. We decided to stay outside and have our 'girl talk' like we always use to do.
"I missed this" I said.
"Me too" She replied.
We enjoyed the night stargazing and talking about boys. Care's told me all about Mystic Fall's, and her friends there. She's suffered a lot and no ones noticed, i feel bad for her.
