Asher's Pov

"Ash wake up, its time for school" my mother said gently ear shaking me awake, I groaned getting up rubbing my eyes yawning

"I'm up mama" I said pulling the sheets off of my legs getting up, after she made sure I wasn't gonna fall asleep again she left closing the door behind her, I look at the time to see [5:30 am Monday]

I groaned forgetting to prepare clothes from yesterday so quickly went over to my closet picking out a white collard shirt, a green-blue sweater vest, a khaki pants with white vans,

I looked for the rest of the things I need like jewelry, underwear and my books for school, after packing my backpack with all things I would need for school, i placed it on my bed

I look at the time to see [5:53 am Monday],
My eyes widened realizing I'm gonna be late for breakfast so I quickly grab my towel and head into my bathroom attached to my bedroom

It took about 30 minutes for me to finish 20 minutes for showering and 10 minutes for my skincare, as entered my room I quickly dried off then putting on the outfit on my bed and then the shoes

I picked up my phone and my bag quickly heading out of my room closing the door behind me, I quickly head down stairs almost falling down the stairs,

when i reached the kitchen i saw my dad and brothers sitting down eating and talking "I'm sorry for being late to breakfast" I said heading to mother for my breakfast

"It's ok honey, here's your breakfast quickly eat cause your going with your father from now on ok?" She said handing me my plate, I nodded quickly heading to a seat far away from my father and brothers, I ate in silence blocking out the laughter in the background

After I finished eating, I got up bring my plate bringing it to her "Thanks mama, ur cooking is still the best in the whole world" I said with a slight smile

"Aw thank you Ash" she said grabbing the plate putting it into the sink, she then pinched my cheek

"It's so sad that my baby boy is growing so fast, it felt like yesterday you were up to my mid thigh" she said fake crying hugging me tightly

I patted her back "Mama it's time for me to leave" she let me go, then she walked over to my father and kissed him on his cheek,

"Stay safe while patrolling the area ok" she said holding on to his hand, he then brought her hand up to his face and kissed it giving her a gentle smile

"Do not worry my dear, I will be safe" He said letting her hand go, while my mother was busy with my brothers, my father glared at me hinting that I should head out to the car

I quickly got out of the house heading towards the car standing at the door, as I was about head into my thoughts I was quickly brought out with hit to my head

I groaned in pain as I hit the car, "don't cry, don't cry" I said in my head repeatedly, they car made a sound let us know it is open, I opened the door getting in closing the door

After everyone go into the car my dad drove off, it took us 35 minutes to reach to school
