Today is the day I finally got to watch my favorite racer in person! I got out of bed eagerly and did my morning routine.
I went downstairs to see my dad making breakfast for us. I greet my dad and ask, "Hey dad, what are you making? It smells really good."
"Thank you, pumpkin. I'm making pancakes and hashbrowns, " he responded.
Pancakes and hashbrowns have been my favorite since I was a kid, so I was very happy with todays breakfast. After breakfast, I do the dishes because my dad made breakfast for us both. When I finish the dishes, I race to my room to get dressed and do my makeup.
Hmm, what should I wear today? I don't have a specific style. I just wear stuff I like.
Today, I decided to wear blue jeans with bears on the knees and an oversized blue sweater. I wanted to be comfortable and cute at the races. For my makeup, I chose to wear simple makeup.
I look at the clock, and immediately, my face lights up in excitement because it's finally time to go to the race track to watch Bang Chan!
I call out to my dad, "I'm leaving. I'll be back later!". As I exit the door, I think of how weird it is that I still live with my dad but then I remember i'm only living with him because I'm in college and it's cheaper than having a dorm. On the way to the tracks, I play my favorite playlist.
I get out of my car and exclaim, "Yay! I'll finally be able to see him in person!!". Since I said it out loud, I got a few looks, but I didn't really care. I just wanted to see Chan.
