Draco Malfoy has an older sister named Delphina Ophelia Malfoy, secondary heir to the Malfoy family. Delphinus is three years older than Draco and is in her 4th year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.

Delphinus does NOT agree with most of the pureblood views. Such as their stance on muggleborns, half-bloods, and creatures. She believes that no one is better than anyone else and if you want something you have to work for it. She has taught Draco the same things. Which means Draco is not an arrogant spoiled rich kid who thinks anyone who isn't pureblood is beneath him.

Delphina and Draco keep their views a secret from their father. Their mother, however, is very supportive and doesn't care if she thinks that everyone is equal.

Delphina has a crush on a muggleborn boy in Ravenclaw who is in the same year as her. The muggleborn also has a crush on Delphina, but they are not aware of each other's feelings.

Delphina has made plans to move out when she reaches the age of 17. She has made a secret gringotts account that no one but her and her mother knows about (since she needed a parents signature in order to gain permission to open the account), she has also made many investments through an alias that the goblins at gringotts along with her mother has helped her create.

She has been saving up money all these years in order to be able to move out and in case it is needed for safety.

After the events of Harry Potter's first year, Delphina puts plans into action in order to protect her family, since she does not believe Voldemort is truly dead.

She works with gringotts to create emergency portkeys for her mother and brother that will take them to a safe house in italy. Thanks to her friend Lady Sophia, who is the daughter of the Italian minister for magic.

By the time Delphina graduates from Hogwarts (or the war with Voldemort officially starts) she would have made her own order to fight against the dark just how dumbledore has his order of the phoenix delphina will have her own order called the Court of Wolves and will have allies in all the important governments around the world and spies in all corners of the world.

When voldemort returns at the end of the triwizard tournament she helps dumbledore and harry potter from behind the shadows. She is also helping the Order of the Phoenix by giving them important information about Voldemort. The order does NOT know who is helping them.
