Natsu's P.O.V.

"What?"

The curvy, blond haired woman gave a frustrated sigh and spoke again. "Hi, I'm Lucy Heartfilia, your personal nurse." This time, she spoke slowly and exaggerated each word.

"I don't need a nurse," I said scowling. Who do these people think they are? I can take care of myself.

I started to turn around to leave, but my knee hit the sharp, wooden corner of the bed. I groaned and hissed in pain as the nurse looked at me in amusement.

"Yeah. You totally don't need a nurse. Bumping into sharp objects sounds fun, doesn't it Natsu?" She retorted.

"Aren't you my nurse? You should be helping me, not laughing at me." I answered smugly.

"I'm not laughing at you." She paused. "Okay, fine. Maybe I am laughing at you, but I thought you said that you didn't need a nurse." She countered back.

I opened my mouth to respond, but nothing came out. Damn. She got me good.

The nurse smiled triumphantly, and bent down to take out an ice pack from a box on the floor. Huh. I didn't notice the box there before. She walked over to me and pressed the ice pack to my knee.

"So, Luigi, why are you my nurse?" I asked out of curiosity. That is her name right?

"It's Lucy you idiot. I said that twice already. Pay attention, Natsu," she growled. She seemed pissed for some reason.

"That's what I said."

"No, you didn't. You said Luigi, not Lucy."

"I said it right. That's a horrible name though. Luigi, huh?" How many times do I have to repeat her name? I said it right the first time, but no. I said it wrong. Lies. They're all lies. She must be lying me. Her real name must be Bob! Or she could even be Gray!

"Gray, I know it's you! Get out of the costume! If you don't come out then I'll have to yank off your mask, and that blonde wig!" I yelled. I pointed my finger accusingly at Gray, and glared at him.

He didn't even move. He just looked at me dumbfounded with those fake, chocolate, brown eyes.

"Who the heck is Gray? I'm a female, not a male. Who do you think you are, going around and calling me man!" She screamed furiously.

Oh, shit. She isn't Gray then. I just fucked up, calling Luigi a man. I widened my eyes as I realized my mistake.

"Fuck. I'm sorry! Just don't hurt me!" I cried. I tried to crawl away, but Lucy yanked me backwards and kicked me down. As I fell flat on my face, she yelled, "Lucy Kick!"

"I'm sorry Luce! Just stop! Please! I swear on my spicy chicken that I won't say that again!" I cried in terror. Lucy is as scary as Erza! I don't want another Erza here! I'm doomed!

After kicking the shit out of me, she look at me once again. "Good," she replied simply.

"Did you just call me Luce?" she asked. She looked at me expectantly as she waited for my answer. Was it wrong to call her that? Lucy doesn't seem too happy about the nickname.

"Yes, I did. Is that a problem?"

Lucy waved her arms around and quickly answered. "No, no. It's fine to call me that. I was just surprised, that's all."

"Okay then." I stuck my hand forward and grinned at her.

"Hi, I'm Natsu Dragneel. Nice to meet you too."
