Hell on Earth

chp1: the start

*ok* i think staring at the big lavender house before me. i take a deep breath walking inside to find all my furniture placed by the truck service. it was beautiful. just what i needed to get away from dad. i run my hands over old furniture. i sigh looking at the beautiful brown couch once almost a golden glow surrounded it, now it sits in my new home looking out of place with the nice wallpaper and floor. the cigarette holes burned into its exterior and the tiniest drops of blood reminding me that they are still in the car. i walk to the car picking up the sleeping twins. naomi and hayden. after my mother died he got married to a woman kate that worked hard. it was thanks to her i was able to run away from that hell. only one condition to her helping me i had to take them with me. she can't leave him. not yet at least we drove five hours through the night to get here. in a few months she'll come to us and leave him in the dust. naomi squirmed a bit as i put her in her bed a lovely white frame with colors that make it pop too cheery for my taste but it fits the gorgeous house. i put hayden down in his room next to her a door connecting thema light pink shaded the walls animals and dinosaurs lined the walls. i smiled knowing he'd love it in the morning. i turn and close the door softly going to put the food i got on the way over into the fridge and freezer. i decided id wait a little later to put things in the cabinets. hayden and naomi were only six but could walk and talk just as well as i could. i walk up to my bedroom, kate. she decorated it as a surprise. i sucked in a breath as i opened the door. the music my dad had claimed he threw out on a beautiful orange desk next to it my record player. i got it from my mom when i was five. at ten i painted it black with beautiful constellations. my telescope on the balcony. the walls lined with blacks, purples, blues, and greens. stars and planets spread out on all except one wall. me in a sunflower field my moms baseball cap over my long black hair. the twins standing next to me. on the bottom writing almost hidden without the wall being empty. "val, naomi, hayden, and kate taking the picture, at the most beautiful place in all of north america". i smile to myself my queen bed with sunset colored sheets and black fluffy carpet on the floor. finally i turn off the lights and look up. that's when i see it. the led lights off, glowing stars and moons surrounding saturn with its big ring. literally glowing in the dark of the night.

sorry its short i know i haven't been working on my other stories but i had an idea for this one! let me know what you think of this so far ill try to write another chapter later!
