It had been weeks. All Izuku did was get in the Animus, review memories for hours at a time, get out, eat, and then sleep. He had lived through several of his ancestors' lives, each having a connection to the Apple, but never revealing it's location. He had merely lived through his mother's side, with Vidic claiming his father's was incompetent historically. Though Izuku had realized something, the memories of his ancestors weren't the only things he was taking away.
The glass screen of the Animus was removed once more and Izuku slowly stood up. He looked over to see an annoyed Vidic standing by his computer.
Izuku: "Something the matter Vidic?"
While he did wish to taunt the man, any information the question could get out of him was would be valuable. Unfortunately, it seems the taunting nature won over as the doctor slammed his hands on his desk.
Vidic: *Yelling* "Be quiet you damned Assassin!"
Izuku chuckled. Annoying his captor was the only thing keeping him completely sane at this point.
Izuku: "Clock's ticking. You won't have me for much longer."
He caught a paper weight that as thrown at him before going to the cell like room he was given.
---
Aizawa: "Again! Do not let them feel your presence!"
The tired man was standing in an observation room as Hagakure was going through stealth drills. She had picked up a lot of skills easily, making it clear she took the mantle of stealth hero seriously. As she went through another drill, Tomoko walked into the observation room.
Tomoko: "How's her progress?"
Aizawa: "It's good. She'll be ready in a couple days. How are you holding up?"
She sighed.
Tomoko: "Better than the first day. But knowing he's alive is all I need. He made a promise to come back, he'll keep it."
Aizawa smirked.
Aizawa: "Of that, I have no doubt. Though you have to wonder, how do the Templars know his ancestors knew of the Apple?"
Tomoko: "I don't know. They wouldn't, unless... Oh god."
Aizawa: "What?"
Tomoko: "We need Inko and Hisashi Midoriya at UA NOW!"
She ran out the door. Before he followed her, Aizawa leaned into the microphone.
Aizawa: "Freestyle drills from now on. Guards, make up your own positions. Hagakure, try to get past them."
With that he ran from the room following his fellow Assassin. He quickly caught up with her.
Aizawa: "What's going on?"
Tomoko: "The only way Izuku's ancestors would have contact with the Apple that the Templars would know about, is if their families were Templars themselves."
Aizawa groaned.
Aizawa: "That's just great."
They eventually reached Nezu's office and rushed inside.
Nezu: "Aizawa, Shiretoko, what's going on?"
Tomoko: "We need Izuku's parents here asap!"
Aizawa: "They may be connected to the Templars."
Nezu: "Right away."
---
Nezu: "I don't care. He is your son, he is captured, you need to be here!"
Hisashi: "No. I left for a reason."
Nezu: "Don't make me call Stars & Stripes."
A sigh coukd be heard ok the other side of the phone.
Hisashi: "Fine."
The call then ended. Nezu let out a sigh of frustration and put his phone away.
Inko: "Um, Nezu sir? Could you tell me what you meant by captured?"
All Might: "Yes. Has something happened to Young Midoriya?"
Nezu: "Unfortunately, yes. He has been captured by an organization that we have been fighting against for the past couple months."
All Might: "The League?"
Nezu shook his head.
Nezu: "From now on, this conversation cannot leave this room. Not under any circumstances is this to be spoken of to anyone but me, Eraserhead, Ryukyu, Rock Lock, the Wild Wild Pussycats, and Izuku Midoriya. Understood?"
They both nodded.
Nezu: "Good. Now, we believe Inko here does know of this organization."
Inko: "What. Is. It? Who has my son?"
Nezu: "The Templar Order."
She stood up and slammed her hands on Nezu's desk.
Inko: *Yelling* "What!? How!? Why!?"
Nezu: "Simple. The how is that he, Eraserhead, and another student Kyika Jirou raided their cover company Abstergo Industries under the guidance of Lady Nagant. They were to retrieve every file on the Apple and send it over. They succeeded, but ultimately young Izuku ended up sacrificing his freedom to allow Jirou to escape the clutches of Doctor Vidic's guards. The why, well that's why you're here. That's why called your ex-husband as well. They believe his ancestors know the location of the Apple. The only reason they would believe that, is if your family either worked with, or were part of, the Templars."
After a moment of quiet she lunged at the rodent principal and lifted him by his collar.
Inko: *Yelling* "You made my son do something this dangerous!? What kind of organization are you running here!?"
Nezu: "Miss. We didn't make him do anything. In fact the raid was his idea. You think we order him around when it's the opposite."
Inko: "What. Do. You. Mean?"
Nezu reached into his pocket and pulled out a remote. He pressed a button and one of his bookshelves lowered to reveal a secret entrance.
Nezu: "Why don't you go see for yourselves?"
She set him down and he led both her and All Might down the stairs.
All Might: "Templars? I've never heard of them. What's going on?"
Nezu: "You'll find out. I just recently discovered their existence. It was Mentor Altair who opened my eyes."
All Might: "Altair? Isn't that Young Midoriya's hero name? Why call him Mentor?"
They had reached the bottom of the stairs.
Nezu: "Why not? He is our leader after all."
He stepped aside to allow the two to walk through a doorway inside was an observation booth with controls. The feel of the air told them they were under ground as well. Through the glass the could see people down in what seemed to be a mock warehouse. They both spied Aizawa, Tomoko, and Ryukyu down in the warehouse. Fake guards were set up and a buzzer went off. As soon as it did, this room's purpose was revealed to them. The three began to systematically takedown the fake guards. Inko turned back to Nezu.
Inko: "What IS this?"
Nezu smirked.
Nezu: "Welcome to the Assassin Brotherhood's UA Bureau. Now, we have much to discuss."
