dead moon chapel started out as an aesthetic. it was a visionary project that i tried to rewrite about fifteen times. the music and the art that inspired me was very important to the process, and it heavily influences my long-term goals for this story (an animated series akin to castlevania or devilman crybaby, to be specific). the playlist actually reflects the entire storyline of this book, touching on every plot point. it's best to listen in order for the full experience! the pinterest board contains a lot of inspiration for the creatures of the story, character designs, and most especially the setting.
