The sun was slowly setting as I continued to work in the studio late into the evening on another rap. I smiled having successfully rehearsed another song from our long awaited album.

The past few years had been a whirlwind. From interviews to concerts, the group continued to develop in popularity beyond any of our expectations.
"Okay everyone, a half an hour break and then we have a meeting scheduled." Our manager said as everyone dispersed the room except for me as I decided to continue practicing the new lyrics longer for our upcoming album.
I loved my career, the path I'd chosen in life had always been clear but now and then I couldn't help but wonder what the future had in store. It sometimes worried me that I'd spend it alone or with a series of regrets. Occasionally, those thoughts kept me up at night wondering what the next few years would be like, would I have the chance to share it with someone special. When days were difficult, I clung to that hope.
As if on cue as I continued to make notes of my lyrics sheet, the door to the sound proof room opened revealing Jennie stood smiling by the doorway. She looked so beautiful like always.

"Hey Lili, I thought you'd still be here." She stated smiling as I gulped nervously. I really liked her and I always had but I wasn't good with expressing how I felt which had been evident on several occasions.
Lately things between us had been confusing where she'd been acting a lot more affectionately towards me but we hadn't really had a proper conversation about us. Thinking back on all our memories, it was hard to deny that there was a spark between us.
"Hi Jen.." I replied shyly as I turned my attention back to the lyrics.
"I missed you." She said, wrapping her arms around my shoulders loosely trying to catch my gaze.
When I didn't reply, she sighed. "Are you ignoring me Lili?"
"No, I've just been busy.." It was partially true, I had been spending less time at the dorm mainly with Rosé working on other projects and returning back late.
