Chapter twelve

Avery's P.O.V

Ally is here.

I'm glad about that.

She seems like she hasn't slept at all though.

I don't want her to worry about me.

I'm fine.

Wether I survive or not.

I can't remember what's happened.

I can't remember why I'm in the hospital but I guess I tried to kill myself.

I don't feel guilty or anything.

I don't want to live anymore.

I'm glad Ally is here.

It shows she cares.

She brought two friends as well.

They look worried but not as much as she does.

I wish I could just get up and hug her.

But I don't have the strength for that.

Or for anything.

Ally's P.O.V

She looks so peaceful.

I don't think she is though.

„Hello" a nurse walked in and started working on Avi's tubes.

„It's really important that she gets visitors every now and then" she says.

„Is she even noticing us?" I ask taking a seat in the chair next to her bed.

„Yeah, she can hear us as well"

„I doubt that" I laugh.

„Well it's true! She's only to weak to answer"

I don't say anything back.

I just sit and stare at her.

Avery.

„She's in a really good state and we expect her to wake up within a few days" the nurse said and walked out of the room.

I take Avery's hand and decide to talk to her since she might hear me.

„Hello Av how you doing?" I laugh. She can't answer.

„She's in a coma honey. She can't talk" Cody informs me as if I'm a little kid.

„Yeah right" I say keeping my eyes on her.

„We're gonna find that piece of shit who did this to you and they'll put him into jail. Not before I kick his ass obviously" I earn a laugh from everyone in the room.

Except her.

„I'm just gonna talk to the boys real quick they might show up" Luke says and leaves the room.

„Avery we've told the police. Well I have. And I'm sorry but I had to! You may not remember but Jake pushed you off a cliff. And I just I couldn't not tell the police. They're probably gonna arrest him. I'm sorry. I knew you didn't want this to happen but it had to" I'm basically sobbing and it's absolutely ridiculous because she can't even hear or see me.

„Please just wake up so we can talk it out yeah?"

Avery's P.O.V

„Avery we've told the police. Well I have. And I'm sorry but I had to!"

What the hell is she talking about.

Who does she mean with we?

„You may not remember but Jake pushed you off a cliff"
