Chapter 7

*Luke's pov*

I dialed Ashton's number and waited for him to answer.
I looked at Kat who was sitting on a bench. I could see the pain in her eyes.
"Hello?" Ashton said when he finally picked up.
"Hey it's me Luke, are you still at the club?" I asked.
"No I walked all the way home" he said with a sarcastic tone.
"Oh yeah shit I forgot you came with my car" how could I forget!
"Why did you wanna know?" Kat was getting up from the bench and walking towards me.
"A long story but the point is... We got out of gas.." I said a little scared of his reaction.
"WE GOT WHAT?! HOW?" He yelled through the phone.
"I forgot to tank..." I heard Ashton sigh.
"okay then why didn't you call a cab?" Oh my god...
"Oh yeah... Totally forgot you could do that" I said with embarrassing.
"Oh my god Lucas, didn't Liz taught you that?" He said chuckling.
"Fuck you Ashton" I said with annoyance and hung up.

"I forgot we could call a cab" I said laughing
"Oh my gosh me too!" She said laughing. I'm glad she's laughing now.

"Can I stay with you for the night?" She said looking at her hands.
"Sure" I said smiling at her. I sort of already knew she would ask that. She needs someone to talk to.
"Thanks" she smiled but I saw the pain in her eyes.

When we reached my house I paid the man of the cab and went inside.
The first step Kat set in my house she gasped.
"Your house is so big!" I laughed at her reaction.
"That's not the only thing that's big" she looked shocked at me.
"Luke!!!" She yelled while slapping my arm.
"Sorry I had to say that" I laughed. She rolled her eyes and chuckled.

*Kat's pov*

I followed Luke upstairs.
"You can stay in the guest room" he said opening a door.
The room wasn't too big but also not too small, it was just the perfect size. In the middle of the room stood a king size bed and on the right a bookshelf.
"It's perfect" I smiled.
"you can borrow a shirt to sleep in,if you want" he said scratching his neck.
"Thanks" he's been a really good friend lately. Maybe he's even my best friend.
Luke went out of the guest room to get a shirt for me.
I walked over to the bed and let me fall onto it.

I unlocked my phone and saw that I got 5 messages from Calum.
I read the messages
'What did you mean you cheated on me?'
'Please say that was a joke'
'Kat please answer I'm sorry'
'I was drunk and didn't think at all'
'Please I love you'
Wait did he just say 'I love you'.
I didn't hear Luke coming in.
"What's wrong? You stare at your phone like you just saw a ghost" Luke chuckled.
"Calum just texted he loves me"
I said still in disbelief. I knew he liked me cuz he told me that a lot but he loves me. He actually loves me.
"Oh damn let me see!" he said grabbing my phone out of my hands.
"Do you love him too?" He asked after reading the texts.
"I don't know... I think so, but what if he's still drunk?" I asked. Did I love him? I guess I do but I'm still mad at him for kissing Vanessa. Ew even thinking about her name makes me wanna puke.

"I don't know Kat, he seems sober" he said smiling.
"I think I'm going to sleep it pretty late" I said while yawning.
"Okay goodnight" Luke said throwing the shirt at me.
"Goodnight" I smiled.
Luke went out of the room and forgot to close the door.
God dammit Lucas.
I walked over to the door and closed it.
I changed into Luke's shirt and I fell asleep almost immediately.

I woke up and looked at the time.
It's only 8am, I slept like 3 hours. I couldn't get back to sleep so I decided to change into my clothes again and go downstairs. I got greeted by the smell of bacon.
"I smell bacon!!" I yelled when I entered the kitchen.
"You have a good nose" he said putting two plates of bacon on the kitchen table.
"How long have you been up?" I asked looking in admiration at the bacon. Hey I love bacon don't judge me.

"From just an hour ago" he said like it was nothing.
"Aren't your tired?" I asked sitting at the table.
"Nah I took a shower so I'm wide awake right now" he said sitting across me.

Luke brought me home after we ate.
I can't help myself but getting worried about Calum. Did he get home safe?
I decided to call Michael because he was with Calum the whole time after we left.
"Hello?" Michael said like he just woke up.
"Oh sorry did I woke you up?" I apologized.
"Yes but it's okay I needed to get up after all" he had a pretty sexy morning voice must I say.
"Oh good, is Calum with you?" I asked with a little too worried.
"Yeah he's asleep on the couch" I sight of relief.
"Okay good" I heard a voice saying my voice on the other line.
"What was that?" I asked Michael.
"Ow that was Calum he's been mumbling your name ever since he fell asleep" aww that's cute. Wait no, you're mad at Calum.
"Oh okay... I need to go bye Michael!"
"Bye Kat" I hung up and looked at the wall for like 10 minutes. I got out of my trance because my mom came in the room.
"Hey honey how was yesterday?" Wait wasn't she mad I didn't came back last night? I think she could see of my face what I was thinking about.
"Luke texted me" she said smiling.
"Oh okay, sorry I forgot to tell" I said looking back to the wall.
"It's okay I'm glad you're home safe" she smiled. I could feel see wanted to ask me why I looked at the wall thinking but she just walked away. I'm glad she did because I wasn't into a talking mood right now.

*Calum's pov*

I saw Kat making out with a random guy. She saw me and grinned. She stopped kissing him and walked over to me "Did you really think I loved you?" She said with an evil grin.
"I- I..." I couldn't bring out words.
"Nobody can ever love you Calum, especially not me. You don't deserve me" and with that she went back to that guy and started kissing him again.
•end of dream•
"KAITLYN" I screamed.
Michael came running out of the kitchen.
"Is everything okay?" He asked shocked.
"Uhm...yeah it was just a nightmare" I stuttered.
"Kat called an hour ago" my eyes shot up.
"Why?" I asked.
"She asked if you were with me, I think she was worried" she was worried? I thought she didn't want anything to do with me. I'm surprised I even remember what happened last night. I can't believe I did that. I kissed a fucking random girl. I hate myself for doing that.
"Oh... Nothing else?"
"No just that" he said.
"I'm going for a walk" I said taking my hoodie and sunglasses. I wasn't in the mood for paparazzi stalking me.

While I was walking I couldn't take my mind of Kaitlyn. I looked at the selfie me and Kat once took. She looked so happy.
"OMG THAT'S CALUM!!" I heard a girl yell, fuck. I turned around and saw about 20 girls running towards me. After about an hour I was finally ready with taking pictures and signing things. I walk to the park and settled myself on a bench. I decided to call Kat.

"Calum?" She said confused.
"Uhm yes hey" I said nervous.
"Hey..." She said still confused.
She's probably confused I call.
"I'm so sorry Kat I was drunk and-" I was cut off by Kat.
"Prove it"
"Prove what?" Now I was confused.
"Prove me that you're really sorry" she said in one tone. She's probably still mad.
"Okay baby I love you"
"Okey" and with that she hung up. Ouch.

I've got an amazing plan to prove to Kat that I'm absolutely sorry and that I love her.
I called the rest of the boys to come over. I need them in my plan.
