Y/n pov:

As Tony Stark's daughter it means that I get invited to my dad's parties a lot which I usually never enjoy because I am extremely introverted and I hate parties.

But one day my hatred for parties had changed unexpectedly when I met the prettiest girl I've ever seen (Daisy Johnson).

*you'll find out how I met her now*

I was just chilling in my room with my headphones blasting folklore tracks through my ears whilst doing some sketches in my sketchbook because I love to draw until I saw my dad walk into my room,so I reluctantly took off my headphones to hear what he has to say to me.

"Hey Y/n I'm throwing another party today to celebrate Romanoff's birthday,just thought I'd tell you if you wanna join". My dad said trying to convince me to come.

"Dad I gave Nat her present already and you know parties aren't my thing"

"Listen sweetie I'd like for you to come because you always skip parties and  you might interact with someone there."

"Fine I'll come then" I huffed.

*time skip*

After deciding to come I picked out an off the shoulder black dress to wear and I put on some red lipstick ready for the party.

As I walked into the party I could feel butterflies floating in my stomach because I'm not used to being around this many people (apart from when I'm with the avengers) and all I wanted to do was go back to my room.

I grabbed a glass of wine from one of the tables and shortly ended up colliding with a girl who had spilt her wine onto my dress.

"Oh my god do you know how much this dress is? And you spilt wine all over it" I sighed.

"Wow I can tell your Tony Stark's daughter and I'm sorry for the dress,I can lend you one of mine if you want they're not louis vuitton dresses or anything though."

"It's fine I'm sorry I overreacted it's my first party and I'm stressed out."

"It's ok I get that wanna go somewhere quiet."

I nodded in response to her and we both went to find a space that was more quieter which was actually a good idea because I want to get to know her more.

"Hey I forgot to ask you for your name" I said as I sat down on the chair next to her.

"It's Daisy you?"

"Y/n"

"Well pleasure to meet you Y/n" she replied giving me a small smile.

For a minute there was a small awkward silence between us until I broke the silence to ask for her number to stay in contact and we ended up exchanging numbers.

"Hey I'm sorry to cut this short but my phones ringing but I guess I'll see you around nice meeting you Y/n"

"Nice meeting you too Daisy" I said giving her a smile.

An hour had passed and I decided to go back to my room to have a minute to myself but I couldn't help but think about Daisy and how pretty she looked so I decided to send her a message saying hi.

"Hey Y/n so how was the dreaded party then?" My dad asked standing in my doorway which caused me to stand up and walk towards him to talk with him.

"Honestly not too bad I met a girl named Daisy she seemed nice."

"That's good I'm glad you had a good time sweetheart" my dad said putting his hand on my shoulder.

"Well I'll let you have your alone time again since that's what you want" he said whilst starting to walk away from my room.

"By the way this Daisy girl is it a crush or a friend?" He asked

"A friend why would she be a crush?" I replied secretly not knowing what to say.

It is ok to be crushing now right??
