Chapter 42: Training

As the alpha princes and alpha princesses begin arriving from the various kingdoms, Eunwoo greets them at the border with his parents. The three large alphas sit atop their large war horses and observe the royal alphas that are crossing into Voreion.

When Eunwoo notices an alpha with a human slave at the border, he spurs his horse over and stops the alpha.

"Slaves are not allowed in Voreion. If you cross over with your slave, your slave will be considered free. If you do not wish for this to happen, then I suggest that you do not let your slave enter into Voreion." Eunwoo tells the alpha prince.

"Very well. Stay here." The prince tells the human by his side.

"Even if I am considered free in Voreion, I will return with you to Erimos." She tells the prince with a bow of her head.

"Is that a good enough answer for you?" The Crown Prince of Erimos asks Eunwoo.

"As long as you both know, that is fine," Eunwoo responds and moves aside for them to enter into Voreion. I will never befriend anyone from Erimos. Just know that I am always watching you. I will not let you endanger anyone. Eunwoo's eyes flash red as he watches the Crown Prince of Erimos enter Voreion with a slave.

Once everyone has entered Voreion, Eunwoo and his parents return to the castle. The people of Voreion line the streets as they watch the royals from many kingdoms arrive at the capital city. They all wonder what kind of relations will be created through the training session that is to be treated as an alliance-building event.

"The servants' quarters are over there," Yoongi tells the arriving royals as he points to a very beautiful building. "Any slaves that crossed over the border are to be treated as servants while in Voreion."

Eunwoo watches as the yellow-eyed woman with the Crown Prince of Erimos joins the other servants and goes to the servants' quarters. He is grateful to see that she does not seem to be abused.

"Do you see any future empresses in the group?" Lilac asks as she rides up next to Eunwoo.

"I do not." Eunwoo hums and looks over at his parents.

"With a mother like Empress Jeon, it must be difficult to meet anyone who meets the qualities of a mate." Lilac smiles while Eunwoo nods.

"I can never settle for an alpha either. Both of my alpha parents make every alpha our age look pathetic." Taemin grumbles as he looks at the various royals.

"We will see." Lilac giggles and looks at the omega.

"What is with the giggle?" Taemin scoffs as he looks at his cousin.

"Nothing." Lilac sings and winks.

"Go and rest. We will meet for dinner." Jungkook tells the many princes and princesses.

"Your training will start at dawn, so you need to be awake before dawn. Anyone who arrives late will be sent home." Taehyung instructs them as his eyes glow a dominant red.

"Yes, Emperor Jeon and Empress Jeon." They all respectfully respond and bow their heads.

Once all of the princes and princesses are in their rooms, the large family goes to the library to talk.

"Eunwoo, did anyone raise any suspicions with you?" Jungkook asks his son once they are all in the large library.

"The only one who worries me is the Crown Prince of Erimos. He brought a human slave with him." Eunwoo responds and looks at Jimin and Lilac.

"Do not worry. We will also keep an eye on him throughout the training." Taehyung tells his son and holds his hand.

"Thank you, Eomma." Eunwoo happily smiles at his mother.
