Scrapped idea for Zodiac War, an arranged marriage. Yup sounds awful but Queen Cetus didn't exist in the original story line instead we had King Orion who was a jerk to his children and married off his daughter to another zodiac to have powerful kids, and Ophiuchus was debated to be a girl so I had three princesses but I eventually changed it because the constellation is the man snake healer, the original story had them all married by the king for some reason but I still don't hate the idea. Anyway please enjoy this strange story.

Leo looked in the mirror and tried to stop tears from spilling from her eyes. She was getting married to a man she had never even seen let alone loved. Pisces and Ophiuchus were helping Leo get ready for her wedding. Ophiuchus buttoned up the dress and wiped away his sisters tears. "Hey maybe this Taurus guy is nice" he said in an uncertain voice. Pisces nodded and added on "I've seen him, he's quite a looker." The three nights were helping set up the hall and they caught a glimpse of the groom. "Wow Taurus looks young" Capricorn said and Sagittarius nodded "And to think he's getting married today, what if the king makes us get married because were zodiacs?" Sagittarius asked and Aries rolled his eyes. "He needs to know where all the zodiacs are to do that, besides isn't the Scorpio and Virgo the most powerful ones? I feel like if they didn't agree to get married they could probably stop him" Aries said as he hung up a banner. An hour later the entire hall was filled with important guests from all over the world. Taurus stood at the altar terrified, he wasn't a royal, he wasn't even a noble. He was most worried what his wife would be like, would she hate him? Would she never let him leave? Taurus waited for the princess to walk through the doors, but the more he waited the more terrified he became. Leo peeked around the door and saw Taurus for the first time. Taurus had dark brown hair and he was wearing a black suit that fitted him perfectly and made him look radiant. King Orion growled at his daughter who ran over and took his arm so they could walk down the isle. Taurus saw Leo for the first time and he felt more terrified. Leo had bright orange hair tied in a bun and a large wedding dress that swept the floors as she walked, as pretty as she was Taurus still wasn't sure of her personality. Before Taurus had time to think he was saying the wedding vows the king had written for him and then Leo said hers. "You may now kiss the bride" the priest said and the couple cringed as they realized they would actually have to kiss. "Fake it till you make it" Taurus muttered as he kissed his now wife. The wedding celebrations lasted for days but neither part of the married couple were celebrating, Leo did go dance for a while with some alcohol. Once the wedding celebrations were over the couple moved into a small palace in the kingdom with a hundred servants and other staff. As awkward as the marriage was Leo was determined to make her and Taurus at least friends. "Taurus?" she asked as she peered into his office. Taurus sat at a huge desk sorting out the work he was given by the king. "Yes dear?" he sighed as he placed the paper down. Leo smiled and curtsied to him before asking "Would you like to go visit my brother and sister with me?" Taurus did not want to go but he also did not want to stay. "If it saves me from the paper work then yes" he replied and Leo beamed. "We leave tomorrow" she said as she exited the room. The next morning came very fast and Taurus and Leo sat slightly awkwardly in a carriage together. "So what do you like to do?" Taurus asked after the silence nearly killed him, Leo smiled and looked down. "My father never let me do the things I wanted, all I really know is tea parties and sewing" Leo said as she fiddled with her hand. Taurus looked utterly shocked and he spluttered "The second we get back home I'm going to make you do fun stuff, not annoying lady things" Leo smiled at her husband and replied with "I'm looking forward to it." Sure enough she and Taurus began spending almost all day with each other as they taught the other new things. Leo was taught how to cook and ride horses while Taurus was taught how to be polite and proper table manners. And as the time went by the couple grew closer until they did act like a married couple. "Dear there's a letter for you" Leo sung out as she walked into her husbands office. Leo flopped down on the chair and her pregnant belly showed, Taurus looked at her and smiled as he awaited his unborn childs arrival. "It was your brother suggesting names again, I'm not naming our child Darby even if it is a girl" Taurus said as he read the letter and Leo giggled. "Darby is better then Diamond" she said and Taurus nodded "I feel sorry for your brothers future children" he said and Leo laughed. "What do you want the name to be?" she asked and Taurus shrugged "We'll figure it out, maybe" he said as he sat next to his wife. For an arranged marriage they both were very happy with each other, maybe not so much with the king but that didn't matter. Leo looked at her husband and smiled, she must have married the best man of the planet.
