'..welcome, to the world of pokemon!' they'd eventually start, it was clearly the same speech that the first pokemon professor had said. 'and this..' they'd begin, pulling a poke ball from their bag. '..is a pokemon!' they'd say, before tossing the poke ball. an alcremie popped out the ball, although, it'd look curious as it stared directly at the camera. the figure went up to the camera and picked up the alcremie and carried it towards a table. '..our region,' they'd begin once again, getting back into good view of the camera. 'saccharo, is..well, a prime spot for cookies to study the monsters, or animals, as well as for tourists of other regions to venture out.' they'd say, putting a hand over their face before they began to speak once more. 'it's my duty to announce that our region's elite four is open to challengers, after they've collected all ten badges, of course..' the professor said with a smile, '..the elite four is excited to see all the challengers who'll face them.' they'd say happily, a soft smile planted on their face. 'i'll be giving out starter pokemon to the first few cookies to visit me the next morning..so, don't be late, please!' they'd say, before they shut off the camera and started to organize the tables that had the poke balls containing the starters.
