CUT TO: EXT. THRONE ROOM, SPACE - NIGHT

[Kneeling behind a THRONE, a clothed, armored figure known as THE OTHER.]

THE OTHER (V.O.): The Tesseract has awakened. It is on a little world. A human world. They would wield it's power... [he holds out the scepter]

"What is this Tesseract they speak of?" Dumbledore asked with some sort of twinkle behind his eyes, which didn't go unnoticed by a certain newly blonde spy. "You'll find out soon."

LOKI: [Coming out from the shadows, taking the staff]

THE OTHER (V.O.): But our ally knows its workings as they never will. He is ready to lead. And our force, or Chitauri will follow.

[Thousands of Chitauri are awaiting orders]

"Merlin's beard, what is that?!" Ron Weasley answered in shocked. The Avengers answered together. "Aliens."

THE OTHER (V.O.): The world will be his. The universe, yours. And the humans, what can they do but burn?

All the students and parents look in horror and disgust.

"What does he know about humans?!" A 1st year Gryffindor asked.

[Cut to a SHIELD facility at night. They are evacuating by helicopter and vehicle, and one helicopter lands, dropping off Maria Hill and Nick Fury while Agent Phil Coulson is awaiting them.]

"What's that place?" Draco Malfoy asked. "A SHIELD facility." Natasha answers.

"SHIELD? Isn't that the organization that got taken down 2 years ago?" Hermione Granger asked. Natasha and Steve look at each other and nodded to the female member of the Golden Trio. "More will be explained in the next movie."

FURY: How bad is it?

COULSON: That's the problem, sir. We don't know.

The Avengers looked down sadly at the sight of Coulson. They sure do miss him. The two spies wonder how Melinda took the news. He was her partner after all.

Lily scoffed. "How do you not know how bad it is?" Natasha rolled her eyes.

"They are dealing with forces they can't control." She remarked. "This is why you were always second best Evans. Your brain is to small to think ahead."

Lily and Molly glared at the woman. Many people snickered at the comment, especially the Avengers and Slytherins. Most of the Gryffindor's followers and light side scoffed at her rudeness to the Chosen One's mother.

[They enter the facility, passing fleeing technicians, taking only the essentials]

COULSON: Dr. Selvig read an energy surge from the Tesseract four hours ago.

FURY: NASA didn't authorize Selvig to test phase.

COULSON: He wasn't testing it, he wasn't even in the room. Spontaneous event.

HILL: It just turned itself on?

FURY: What are the energy levels now?

COULSON: Climbing. When Selvig couldn't shut it down, we ordered the evac.
