READ MY SOUTH PARK AU BOOK TO UNDERSTAND! (summary pretty much imp tweek lives down in his basement now, which I haven't wroten yet.)

Craig always wonders if imp gets lonely down in the basement, while he's upstairs in his room studying on how to get imps back to hell.

So he, once in a while, (every 2 hours) trots down the stairs to check on him. And every time he does, Imp is kind of just sitting there... in this spaced out sort of state at first, but after a second he whips his head around and waves at Craig.

He doesn't like the idea that imp might be unhappy down there.

Wait, what is he thinking?! Why would he care about a spawn of Satan!

...

But the idea is eating him up inside, so he has to do something that'll make him smile. But imp smiles at anything. Everything, even. He could do something small and imp would be forever grateful. Craig thinks for a second... what is an act of affection I can do?

He glanced out the window, looking at the freshly grown flowers in his mothers garden. An idea pops up in his head.

He grabs his blue jacket from the hanger to brace the cold air outside, sneaking over to the flower garden and picking one of the pink tulips out of it's place. He inspects it, cleaning off the soil left on the base of the stem. I hope he likes it.

He makes his way back inside, putting his jacket back onto the hanger and walks over to the basement door, the flower held in his hand behind his back. Knock knock.

"Come in." He hears from the basement as he creaks open the door, making his way down the stairs.

"Yes?" Imp doesn't seem to be spaced out today... just tired.

The embarrassment of the situation finally gets to Craig, and he feels the blood rise up to his cheeks as he tightens his grip on the flowers stem. With a shaky hand, he presents the flower to Imp.

"Yeah, it's a tulip. Cool, is that all?" He says.

"It's for you, idiot." Craig replies, looking away to hide the blush threatening to crawl onto his face. Imp stares at him, then the flower for a second. It's silent. The only noise you can hear is the tip of Imp's demon-like tail sliding against the floor.

Imp takes the tulip out of Craig's hand, his eyes beaming at the kind gesture.

"Th- thank you." He struggles to get his words out from how nervous he is about it all. "Don't mention it." Craig scowls, making his way up the stairs, red faced.

Imp takes a final look at the flower and holds it close to him happily.
