Chapter 45: Warning

Once Inyeop is better, he and Eunwoo resume training. The other royal alphas notice how close Eunwoo and Inyeop have become. They all notice how Inyeop easily submits to Eunwoo by how he looks at Eunwoo and follows him. However, when one of them dares to go against Eunwoo, Inyeop's eyes flash a deadly red and he kicks them in the gut. 

"Do not touch him." Inyeop snarls as he slams his foot into the prince's gut.

The others all quickly learn to not mess with either of the alphas who are always together. They also notice that Emperor Jeon and Empress Jeon treat Inyeop as a family member.

"I wish that bastard had poisoned me instead." A princess grumbles as they all bathe together.

"Seriously. He almost died." A prince deadpans and shakes his head.

"It would be seriously worth it. Crown Prince Jeon would be paying attention to you." Another prince dreamily sighs.

"He was already paying more attention to Crown Prince Hwang before the incident. Stop dreaming." A princess scoffs and shakes her head. 

When Eunwoo and Inyeop walk into the bathing room, they all look at the two princes. Eunwoo and Inyeop both ignore them and undress for the bath.

"I do not like that they can look at you." Inyeop growls and glares at the others.

"Stop being so possessive." Eunwoo softly laughs and wraps a towel around his waist. "Better?" He asks and looks into Inyeop's eyes.

"Better. This entire time, I have been wanting to punch all of them when they would look at you." Inyeop grumbles and makes sure that the towel is securely wrapped around Eunwoo's waist.

"Such a possessive alpha." Eunwoo fondly smiles.

"I have always been possessive." Inyeop frowns and goes to the bath.

"Why does it seem cute now when I used to think that it was sexy?" Eunwoo chuckles as he follows the grouchy alpha.

As they bathe, Inyeop glares at anyone who dares to look at Eunwoo which causes Eunwoo to look at him with so much endearment. He happily smiles as he watches Inyeop protect him from the other's gazes.

"Come here. I need to wash your hair." Eunwoo smiles and pulls Inyeop to him, so he can wash Inyeop's hair.

Inyeop grumbles as he continues to glare at the others while Eunwoo washes his hair. When Eunwoo finishes with Inyeop's hair, they get out of the large bath together and go to change.

"Are you hungry?" Eunwoo asks as he looks at the grouchy alpha.

"I am," Inyeop grumbles and pats his tummy.

As Eunwoo and Inyeop eat together, Iris watches them and wonders what she missed. Before Inyeop was attacked, they seemed distant, and Inyeop always avoided Eunwoo. But now, they are inseparable.

"How are you feeling? Are you in any pain?" Eunwoo asks as he puts more food on Inyeop's plate.

"I am all healed. Do not worry about me." Inyeop smiles and happily takes a bite of bread.

"Are you sure?" Eunwoo mumbles and gently places his hand on the spot where Inyeop was stabbed.

"I am sure." Inyeop hums and holds Eunwoo's hand.

"How did the youngest of us find his mate before we did?" Taemin giggles as he and Lilac walk over to the pair of alphas.

"Because I am not blind like you two." Eunwoo huffs and glares at his cousins.

"Blind? Who is blind?" Taemin asks and sits in front of Eunwoo.

"You." Lilac hums and winks at Eunwoo.
