"I really have never thought that mighty shadow spider was only shitty orphan!" exclaimed Electro shot thunder to Orion.
Orion managed to avoid that to got the uppercut from Vulture.
"Yeah, If I know this sooner, my business will run smoothly," comment Kingpin ready to pounce on Orion.
Before that big body manage to pounce on him, Orion throw web to Kingpin face to distract the big man and give a momentum for him to catch a break.
"Hey don't look down on orphan, after all it only took an orphan to put all of you behind the bar!" provoked Orion which quite success with Vulture madly charged at him. He have waited for this and when that human with mechanic wings arrived to struck him, he catch the man and throw him into Rhino who at the same time at Vulture rushed to him.
This move made two Vulture thrown far and He believed with the strength of Rhino, Vultue is not threat anymore. Now the list down to Electro, Kingpin, Shocker, Rhino, and Doc Ock.
"Wait, where is Doc Ock?!" thought Orion noticing the disapparance of his arch-nemesis.
He immediately got his answer when the he hear the scream of someone he really know.
"Why are all of you foolishly fight him heads-on. Use your head!" Doc Ock came with rather old woman.
"Madam Maria!"
"Don't move Orion or this woman got this!" Doc Ock show one of his tentacle transform to saw blade ready to slice the woman.
"Don't listen to this meanie Orion!"
Despite the shout from Maria, Orion relaxed his body and raise his hand in defeat. This gesture made the remaining villains chuckles. They intimidatingly start to rush to Orion. Today was the day they got revenge on Menace Spider.
Unfortunately for them, a sillhoute rush to Doc Ock and swiftly take him down and save Maria.
"Orion, I got her!" shout that figure.
This shout made the four villains startled and before they can react, Orion swiftly deals with them. For Kingpin, He gives dozen fatal blows and throw that big body to Rhino. Redirecting electricy blast from Electro to Shocker and give axe kick to defeat Electro.
After make sure, they are fainted and police secure them, Orion ran to the Maria and her savior.
Turn out it was Gwen, she explained that some alien-blob drop on her and react to her wish to assist Orion given her enhanced strength!
"The name is Venom!"
This is the beginning of the team hero of Shadow Spider and Venom.
Unfortunately the partnership don't run forever, the crisis came when fighting the green goblin Norman Osborn, one of the blobs of Venom got to their nemesis. Enhanced by sinister and psychotic green goblin nature, Venom transform into something sinister and evil, the Carnage. When two of them combine, they became Red Goblin!
Orion and Gwen, whom have no idea of this new threat, attend the parties in invitation from Tony Stark. It's mandatory due to Orion held 50% share of Stark Industries. Back when Tony successfully returned alive from Ten Ring's kidnapping and announce the shut-down of Stark weaponry industry, the Stark Industries shares plummet down drastically and Orion who believed in Tony competence used all of his fortune from some Shadow Spider merchandise to gains all of this share, thus when the share of Stark Industries rocket after the announcement of Tony identities as Iron Man, Orion became one of the billionaires.
