Emma's POV
"Hello everyone, I'm Chris. We're gonna be stuck with each other for who knows how long, so I want to start with introductions. It's gonna go me, Minho, Hyunjin, Felix, Seungmin, Jeongin, and then Emma. One more thing, Emma welcome to our team." He smiled at me. "I'll go first. I'm Christopher, I'm 18 and I'm a vocalist."
A boy who freakishly reassembled a bunny stood up. "Hi I'm Minho, I'm 17 and I'm a vocalist." A boy sitting alone stoop up and said "Hi I'm Changbin, I'm 16 and I'm a rapper." Then a boy stood up. He looked like gods favorite. He was ethereal. Wait what am I saying. "Hi I'm Hyunjin, I'm 16 and I'm a rapper." Oh cool he's a rapper like me. A guy next to Minho stood up. Then Felix stood up. I got the chance to meet Felix on the van ride to the company from the airport. He's the only one here I actually know. "Hi I'm Felix, I'm 15 and I'm a rapper and vocalist." The boy next to Hyunjin stood up. "Im Seungmin. Im 15 and a vocalist." The nice boy next to me stood up. "Im Jeongin! Im 15 and im a vocalist." He smiled. Then I stood up. "Hey im Emma. Im 14 and im a rapper." I caught Hyunjin looking at me and when we made eye contact he quickly looked away.
"Alright everyone go back to what you were doing. Emma come over here I'd like to speak with you." I got up from my spot on the floor. "Hi Emma, I wanted to give you the chance to meet me personally. I know your situation isn't what you expected. I definitely wasn't expecting it when JYP told me you might be joining us. All 7 of us are gonna be together for a really long time and as the only girl and the youngest I want to make sure you're comfortable. If you need anything just let me know. I'm here for you. We all are." He said. "Thank you. I definitely was nervous to be with 6 boys but after seeing all of them and hearing them speak I'm not that scared anymore. I already met Felix at the airport so I'm really glad I have the chance to already know someone." He patted me on the shoulder and told me I could go back and sit with Felix. "So Emma you don't look Korean, how come you speak it so well?" Jeongin asked. Before I got the chance to answer Felix said "well she's German and Costa Rican but this has been her dream since she was a little girl so she started learning Korean at 8 years old and now she's fluent in 3 languages." "Wow that's really cool." A voice behind me said. I turned around and saw Minho, close behind him I saw Changbin . He smiled at me and waved. They both sat next to Felix. "What languages do you speak?" Minho asked. "I speak English, Spanish and well as you know, Korean." "That's super cool." He said. "Wait you speak Spanish?" Another voice behind me said. It was Hyunjin. "Yea." I smiled. "That's super cool. It's a beautiful language . Can you say, it's really nice to meet you?" "es un placer conocerte" I smiled. "Woah that's cool." He sat next to me and asked me a bunch of questions about home. "What's it like in Florida? How many friends do you have? What are they're names? Do you have any pets?" He asked enthusiastically. "Well it's super hot in the summer and it's really cold in the winter. I have a couple. Eva is my best friend. Let's see, there's Kami, Madison, Aleena, and Leila. I have a dog named Bullet. What else do you want to know?" I laughed. "Hmmm what are your hobbies?" "I play guitar. I actually brought them all with me. I have 3 acoustics, a bass and a electric." "Wow that's amazing." Felix said. "Alright guys we're getting our dorms assigned. Come on." Chris said.
When we got there we all sat in the living room. "Alright Emma you're with Felix and Hyunjin. It's me and jeongin and then Minho, Changbin and Seungmin ." "I CALL SINGLE BED." Felix yelled jumping on the bed that was shoved in a corner. "What bunk do you want?" Hyunjin smiled. "I can take the top." I said. I opened a box and took my sheets out and made my bed. "Wow Emma you sure have a lot of clothes. Felix gasped. "Yea when your mom is obsessed with shopping you get clothes all the time." I laughed. "The cool thing is we get to dye our hair and get haircuts all the time." Hyunjin said climbing on Felix's bed. "Yea I've never dyed my hair before. I'm excited." I smiled. "Dinner time." Changbin came in.
We all sat in the living room with our take out boxes of Chinese food and told stories about our home life. These people are actually really cool. "Alright alright, who here has dated before?" Chan said setting down his box on the table. Me, Hyunjin and Seungmin raised our hands. "Bro actually!" Changbin asked surprised. "Yea Kris and Marcus." They all looked at me shocked. "Wow. Alright what about you Seungmin." Felix said "Some girl named Mi-Sun. It was in 9th grade." "Ok ok Hyunjin what about you?" Minho smirked. "Some chick named Dae-un. She was the schools biggest well...you know. It wasn't important. I decided to stop dating until I meet someone who I feel like shes the one." He said then he looked at me smiling. Then I noticed Felix smirking at Changbin . Did he mean me? No it can't be. He's only known me for like a day. "Ok ok that's cool." Chris said. "Ok serious now. We have to come up with a system for chores. Someone does the dishes. We can have three people. Someone to take out the trash, that can be three people. Someone to cook. That can be two people too. But we all need to be in charge of cleaning." "I can help cook. My mom has been teaching me how to cook since I was really young. I know how to cook a lot of stuff." I said. "I can help cook too." Minho said. We fist bumped each other and then Hyunjin said "I can do the dishes." "Yea same." Jeongin and Seungmin said at the same time. "Oh well Felix looks like you Changbin and me are doing the trash." Chris laughed. Felix groaned and fake cried. "Alright guys I'm gonna go unpack, I suggest you do the same thing." He said walking into his shared room with Jeongin.
I sat on my bunk pinning my photos and Polaroids to my wall and decided to call my parents. "Hey mom." "Hi sweetie is everything ok?" "Yea I'm fine, I just miss you guys. We're unpacking right now." "That's nice. I heard you're with all guys. Are you ok with that?" "Yea they're all really good people. Remember that Felix kid I told you about? He's in my group too. So that's really easy for me." "I'm glad. Well I'm working right now so call me when you wake up. I love you." "Love you mami. Bye." "Was that your mom?" Hyunjin asked from the bottom bunk. "Yea it was." He hummed. I got down and started putting all my clothes in my closet. We all had our own closet in the room. Surprisingly they were really spacious.
I crawled in bed and tried sleeping. It didn't help that Felix snored really loud. After 30 minutes of tossing and turning, I fell asleep.
